In the training arc I will be implementing a rating system for stats from A-SSS rating so his stats will be maxed at SSS and his stats right now are at S rank. Rias How ever will not be able to turn him into a devil and he will remain a dragon God but he will be apart of her peerage!! And in training arc he will have new skills and they will be maxed at end of arc!!! His health will also be very big I just haven't been able to figure out how I want to make his health look!
