Cassie and Bella stood jogging through the park. Bella groaned as she looked to grace "Oh you're stupid. Oh God. You're stupid, evil, sadist and I wanna kill you" Cassie said as bella looked to her
"Endorphins are good. Endorphins are mood elevators. This is supposed to make us feel better" bella said. She knew that she wasn't having any sex and how she was using jogging as a new physical activity. She knew how things were with derek
"Oh god. Do you feel better?" Cassie as she stopped jogging to catch her breath, while bella jogs around her in circles
"I'm stupid" Bella said
"Slutty mistress" Cassie said
"Marks whore" Bella said
"Sleeping with unavailable man was a great idea" Cassie said as bella stops to catch her breath too
"You know what's ruined for me?" Bella asked as Cassie groaned in pain
"Ferry boats. I used to love ferry boats and Derek's got a thing for ferry boats. Now every time I see a frigging ferry boat..." Bella said As Cassie cut her off
"You know what's ruined for me? Sex" Cassie said
"Sex?"
"Yes. Mark and i had amazing sex and it's all I can think over and I can sleep with someone else but it's not mark. It's ruined" Cassie Said as they Both lie down on the grass trying to catch their breaths
"Do you think we'll feel better if we cry? You know like just let it out?" Cassie asked as Bella shrugged
"Probably. Yeah" Bella said
"Do you wanna cry now" Cassie asked
"No. I'm doing crying over my stepdad " Bella said
"Okay, lets, lets jog" Cassie said as she pulled bella up who groaned

Bella got to the hospital as she stood with Alex and smiled "how's things with shepherd? Has he been off your back?" Alex asked
"For now but I know he isn't going to drop it and I know part of me doesn't want him too. I don't know what I want to be honest. I know what we had and I don't know what I want" Bella said
Alex looked to her and smiled as he placed a hand on her arm and smiled. The last week alex and Bella had began to form a friendship and he was the only one who didn't judge her over her and Derek
"You know your not as bad as everyone makes out" Bella said as Alex smiled
"Do you have a thing for Alex? I mean shepherds married so your going after Alex?" Izzie asked as Bella looked to her and frowned
"What's it to you?" Bella asked as Cassie walked up to where they were and frowned
"What's the better Isobel. Jealous?" Cassie asked as they glared at each other as bella walked off towards bailey. She froze as she last Derek in the hallway and looked to him
Cassie looked to them and rolled her eyes "come on Juliet. Leave Romeo to cut into brains and get back to his wife or your mommy as you say" Cassie said. She was still angry at Derek. She felt as if he was going to break her cousin heart
