VIVIAN couldn't believe she was in Seattle. She'd been overjoyed to find out she'd been matched with Mass Gen the year before. But then everything changed. Her older brother disappeared a month before she started her internship, and she hadn't heard from him since. Her sisters were a different story; if she was honest, she wished they had also disappeared. Her sister-in-law called her three months into her internship to let her know she'd found him working at Seattle Grace with a new girlfriend and life.
So there she was, eight months later, starting her second year of residency at a brand new hospital with complete strangers – and her brother didn't even know she'd moved there. Seattle was meant to be a clean slate with no surprises – if only she knew how trouble lurked around every corner at Seattle Grace.
