You citizen, will be the one that will either choose to accept the challenge or not. We both read each and every entry. Popularity doesn't matter. We read the entry and the winner would be chosen by the quality of their writing.
Once the winner is chosen, one of us will post a review on why we chose their story on our tumblr blog {therealwattpadcritic}. This blog is growing quite popular as the day goes on so it is good for promotions.
