Parker Wilmoth was your standard cowboy, he liked guns, had a wife, had a farm and loved horses. He loved adventure and always was out of the house when his wife wasn't home, maybe that's how things turned so wrong so fast.
The sound of a glass breaking on the floor scared him out of his panicked thoughts and he looked up at his wife Cindy, she looked angry as she walked upstairs and started packing her bags.
Neither of them wanted to be with each other from the get-go but they were forced into marriage, and if she was going to be forced into a marriage then she wanted it to be happy and comfortable, not boring and unloving, not that Parker didn't love Cindy, he did! Just not the way their families wanted him to.
Parker stayed down stairs the whole time, not wanting to make Cindy for angry, she eventually can back down with her suitcases and said "Parker I'm done with you!" Then threw her wedding ring at his chest.
And with that she left, he was upset sure, but knew that's what had to be done, he sighed and mumbled "good bye Cindy.." he slowly stood up and started to clean up the glass that shattered on the floor moments ago, once that was done with, he walked upstairs to put on his belt and gun holster.
He slipped on his boots and hat and started to leave the house, he went over to his stable to find his horse gone. 'THAT BITCH!' He thought.
He could understand leaving him, but taking his horse? Cindy knew how much he loved his horse, it made his blood boil, she took the wagon too!
He sighed and said "well I guess I'm walkin."
So that's what he did, he made his way into town and over to the old saloon, once he entered he saw a familiar face, he walked over to the bar and said a quick hello the the bartender, he was a good man, Parker knew almost everyone in this town and knew a lot of secrets too, not that they were bit secrets, more like scandals.
He ordered a whiskey and as he waited for his drink somebody sat beside him, he had seen this man before but never spoke to him, he looked him over, his long dark hair, his white outfit with a certain pattern on the back that Parker had never seen but was intrigued, his glistening skin from the lights above.
The man looked amazing, Parker turned away before he was spotted staring, but he was too late, the other man smirked and said "didn't your mother ever tell you staring was rude?" Parker blushed out of embarrassment and said "I-I'm sorry it's just- I've never seen such and outfit- That is! I'm not saying it looks bad! It looks amazing!" The other male laughed and said "no no your quite alright there! I understood what you meant!"
Parker sighed out of relief and said "thanks- I'm Parker by the way, Parker wilmoth." She stuck out his hand to shake his, the other male smiled and returned the hand shake and said "Nayati, nice to meet you Parker." She smiled at him cunningly, Parker smiled back, once they both got their drinks they started chatting about a bunch of random things.
Parker talk about the events they just happened about and hour ago and how he got here by foot since his ex-wife stole his horse.
Nayati consoled him and said "I'm very sorry about your horse, I understand how it is.."
Parker the said "oh? Did someone steal your horse too?"
Nayati giggled and said "no no, he died last year." Parker held his hand and said "oh my.. I'm so sorry there partner.. I can't even imagine go that feels.."
They continued to talk and Parker eventually asked "Nayati? Where do you work?" Nayati then said "an old wagon repair shop!" Parker smirked then said "good to know.." he stood up then flicked his hat up a little and said "we'll I'll see you later Nayati, nice meetin ya!"
Nayati smiled then said "alright! Bye Parker!"
