Stupid!

You're stupid! Who walks without even looking?

You...do you know how much this jacket cost?!

It's a fucking windbreaker! Get a grip...

Before anyone could stop them, they were bickering in front of the café like a bunch of teenagers and neither one of them was willing to back out. Not Mori Akihiro. And certainly not Hirano Yuki!

To be perfectly honest, Yuki didn't mean to bump into him and spilled his blended beverage on his costly jacket, it's just that the moment he opened that frigging swinging café door and saw Akihiro's face, his world went to a standstill. He thought he already moved on from the man. But he was mistaken...

Cutting the long story short, Yuki did manage to attend the interview and got hired on the same day. He was so thrilled that he just signed the contract without even reading its contents much to the recruitment officer's chagrin then went home to proudly announced to his parents that he was now officially employed!

Hurray!

Yuki recalled how glad he was of that day and even treated his three best friends: Masami, Hikaru, and Aoi to a late celebratory dinner in a fancy restaurant. Only to be doomed the next day...

Oh, he remembered it perfectly well. His first day on the job. The ambiance of the place, the friendly smiles of his coworkers, and the welcoming party...all of it paled in comparison when he finally found out that the Dark Cloud Alliance Inc. was founded by none other than Mori Akihiro along with his friends Yasuda Ryoto and Kawashima Hiroyuki.

Of course, he wanted to resign right there and then! Forget about getting hired and seeing your parents finally proud of you, there was no way in hell that he will work in a company owned by this egomaniac person—who, by the way, was literally smirking at him during the welcoming party.

Unfortunately, Yuki also found out on the same day that he can't just resign without a valid reason. Because the contract he signed was bonded with financial obligation and therefore he would have to pay a certain amount if he wants to leave the company without fulfilling his three-year agreement.

Yuki couldn't fucking believe it! His first career experience was ruined just because he doesn't read the contract or even the entrepreneur magazine that would've helped him discover that Akihiro—the legendary software developer and infamous gamer Akihiro founded and co-owned the Dark Cloud Alliance Inc.

Since working at the company, he never had a peaceful day whenever Akihiro's around. He did his entire best to get himself terminated but Akihiro always finds a way to either get him back on his feet, remind him of the consequence of the contract, or blackmail him! There was never a day that Yuki doesn't want to strangle the man.

And today was no exemption.

"Did anyone die and that you look so glum? Or is that your natural face?" Akihiro mocked standing and peering at Yuki's face behind his workstation while drinking his coffee.

Yuki shot him a deathly glare, "Don't you have anything better to do than hover on my desk like an overgrown bat?"

"Careful..." Akihiro smirked, "I'm still your boss."

Yuki smiled back, "Don't you have anything better to do than hover on my desk like an overgrown bat, BOSS?"

Before Akihiro could rebut, another voice interrupted their silly exchange with a much more shrilling tease. "Ohhh, the sexual tension!" said Hiroyuki Kawashima, one of Akihiro's best friends.

Akihiro's face froze before glowering, "Why aren't you busy?"

Hiroyuki's smile widened, "I don't have an answer to that."
