DEAR DIARY, the afternoon also went pretty terribly, but compared to my morning, it has gone slightly better than my horrendous morning went.

-

FIVE minutes later after my encounter with the old lady, i was back home, and i closed the front door behind me. by now it had stopped drizzling, but i was still slightly wet from when the light drizzle was still ongoing, along with my bag of cookies.

jungwoo was sitting on the living room couch, watching something on the box tv while still in his pajamas. whenever i walked in, he immediately noticed and greeted me.

"hey tae!"

"hey... i brought you cookies." i started walking over to him with my head tilted downwards, and when i started handing the bag over to him, he looked up and noticed my red-ish eyes.

"what happened?!"

"o-oh, i-it's nothing—" i didn't get to finish my sentence before jungwoo interrupted me.

"stop lying—i know your lying habits, so please just tell me the truth."

"fine..." i sighed then started telling the truth.

"y-yuta just broke up with m-me..." i choked on air and more tears started rolling down my cheeks again. jungwoo gave me a look of disbelief.

"he did?"

"yeah..."

"awh, you poor thing..." jungwoo got up and gave me a big, almost suffocating hug. after a while, i sat down on the couch along with jungwoo. he then got a tissue and wiped my tears.

"so how about you tell me more about it, hm?" i nodded and opened my mouth to speak again.

"s-so this morning, i was on a call with yuta, and he couldn't say it through the phone, so he asked to meet up at the old elementary playground. i met him there and he gave me a bag of cookies because i didn't eat, and then he broke the news to me," i paused to take a big breath, then i continued speaking.

"he said that he fell out of love with me, and he started falling in love with a guy named sicheng." jungwoo gasped and replied back.

"t-that... that bastard!" jungwoo yelled out. i gave him a questioning look then asked him something.
