Chapter 1

"Can you for once maybe not put your life in danger?" I ask, looking up at John B who's standing on the roof of the house being built. I'm sitting next to JJ on the scaffolding while Pope and Kiara are at the bottom. "I give you about 1 in 3 chance of survival" Pope says. "Should I do it?" He licks his finger and sticks it up, testing the wind. "Can you please not kill yourself" Kie says, walking out from inside. "Don't spill that beer, I'm not givin you another one" JJ looks up at John B. He stumbles a little and drops the beer. "Well done" I clap my hands. "Ofcourse, right when I said it" JJ shakes his head. "Hey!" We hear someone yell. Pope looks over the balcony to see security getting out the car. "Hey uh, security's here...let's wrap it up" Pope says. JJ and I just look down at the car. "Can you guys get down please?" Kie asks, looking up. "Should we do it?" I whisper at JJ jokingly. "Mmm" he thinks for a second. "I'm coming up there!" Gary yells. "Yeah let's go" JJ stands up and I follow quickly. "Gary is that to you?" JJ looks down at the car. "Good to see you man!" I say as we both swing off the scaffolding to the ground. "You guys are just asking for it" Kie giggles. We all run through the house, splitting up at some point. JJ and I run in the same direction when a guard turns the corner. "Hey stop!" He yells. JJ quickly turns around almost falling and running into me before we both run the other way. We run through the house and JJ almost gets grabbed but slips out "not much in a hugger man" he jokes causing me to giggle before dodging the other guard. "Go Pope" I yell when he starts climbing over the fence. JJ kneels down, letting me stand on his leg to get up before both of us jump over the fence aswell. Pope face plants into the ground as me and JJ land on our feet and run to the Twinkie. "Come here you little pricks!" The guard yells as he jumps onto the fence. "C'mon guys!" Kie yells as John B drives forward. The guards start chasing the van as we drive off, "check out Gary gunnin for a raise" Pope laughs. "Slow down, slow down, slow down" JJ moves towards the open door. "You're gonna give him a heart attack" Kie jokes. "JJ here" I hand him a beer to tease Gary. "You're so close, you feel it, there you go!" He throws the beer at Gary causing him to stop running. "Aww, they don't pay you enough man!" JJ jokes. "JJ stop" Kie says. "C'mon Kie it's funny" I laugh. "Yeah that sort of initiative is just beggin to be punished" he adds looking out the window. We drive back to the château, aka where John B lives.

The next day:

John B walks past JJ'S room...well technically also my room, we share it when I spend the night. "Morning guys" he says standing by the doorway. I groan, still waking up. He carries on walking through the house. "Get up" JJ says, sitting upright. "No" I groan turning over. He jumps on me, sticking his head to where my head is. "Y'know you snore" he jokes. "Do not" I argue. "Sure" he says sarcastically. I look up at him, hes smiling. JJ and I have always kind of had a thing for eachother I guess. We never did anything, surprise surprise...we're both virgins...for the most part. JJs done other stuff but he's never actually been with a girl. I slide out from under him and stand up. "Get up" I say pointing at him as I walk out the door. "Ne ne" he mimics me childishly. I walk to the bathroom, closing the door behind me. I brush my teeth and wet my face so I wake up properly before walking back out. I go back into our room to find JJ falling back asleep I quietly get closer before jumping on him, waking him up. "Do you mind" he says closing his eyes again. "Nope" I shrug my shoulders. He quickly pushes me off him so he's ontop of me now. He pushes both my hands into the bed so I can't move them we're both giggling but my eyes lock on his as we stop laughing. I get lost in his eyes for a moment, we hear John B from the doorway, he's been watching the whole time. "Just fuck already" he opens his arms before dropping them down to his legs again as he walks away. JJ looks down at me, a smirk on his face as he wiggles his eyebrows jokingly. "Get off me" I laugh, pushing him over before standing up and walking out. I hear him laughing from the room.

"I gotta go" John B said rushing out the door, all of us are on the porch. "Where you going?" JJ says. Sitting down next to Pope. "I have that thing with DCS and I'm late" he puts on his shoes. Some backstory, basically John B's dad has been missing for a few months now, lost at sea. So his uncle was supporting to be taking care of him, but he went on a trip a few weeks ago. Now DCS are looking into it. "Oh yeah, good luck" I say. "Thanks" he rushes out the door.
