"Sorry i couldn't save you"

He glanced at her before shutting his locker,"what?" He asked ,"I want to apologize, for yesterday, I didn't mean for you to get arrested, I'm sorry," Sidney apologized

Billy stared at her. This was new, Sidney never apologized before ," Yeah, whatever , apology accepted ," Billy said

Sidney smiled, "what are you doing tonight? Maybe we can go on a date or something?" Sidney asked

"Can't, I have plans with stu tonight ," Billy told her , Sidney frown ,"Oh, what are you guys gonna do tonight?" Sidney asked

"Watch a movie or something like that," Billy said, with a small shrug ,"Can I come? I mean, the two of you are just gonna watch a movie ," Sidney said

"Ask stu, it's his house," Billy told her , "ask me what?" Stu asked, popping out of nowhere

"Well, Billy said that the two of you are gonna watch a movie tonight, I was wondering if I could join?" Sidney asked

"Sure, the more company, the better ," stu said, smiling at both of them

"Great, I'll see you guys later," Sidney said before walking away, and stu looked at Billy. "Dude, this is perfect. Maybe we can still put your plan into action," stu whispered to him

"Yeah, it'll just be her right. We can easily kill her," Billy whispered, nodding stu smiled at him, and Billy loved that smile

"Your hair is a mess," he told him. Before stretching his hands out and running his hands through Billy's hair , Billy swore he could've just melted right there, but he didn't

"Much better, I'll see you tonight," stu said , quickly pressing a small kiss to Billy's cheek before he rushed off

Billy stood frozen. Did...stu just kiss his cheek? He felt himself smiling before frowning. This never happened before, and Billy didn't like it at all . He felt off, like something bad was going to happen, and he would not like it at all.

Billy walked into stu's house, hearing popping from the kitchen. He gently closed the door and walked into the kitchen while taking off his jacket and settling it over a chair.

He saw popcorn over the stove, and he went over to turn off the stove, "stu!?"he called out, peaking his head out of the kicthen

"Stu!?"He called out again, heading up the stairs , Billy paused halfway as he saw stu stumble out of his room."b-billy?" Billy's eyes widened, and he rushed the rest of the way upstairs, and he grabbed stu before he could fall to the ground.

"Fuck! What the hell happened!?" Billy asked, putting his hands on top of stus putting pressure on his stomach wound that was pouring out blood very fast.

"Someone...wearing...our costume," stu breathed out through the pain, he coughed, and blood came out of his mouth.

"What?" Billy asked, this never happened before, what the fuck was going on,

"Billy...it's hurts," stu sobbed out ,Billy's heart ached as he heard the pain and the fear in stus voice

"I know, your gonna be okay, I promise, I gotta call an ambulance, I'll be quick," Billy said, stu shook his head and gripped Billy's hands leaving blood all over his hands and arms

"Don't....don't leave me," stu pleaded, Billy eye's sting with tears, no matter how many times he seen stu die, it hurts every time, "I promise, I won't leave you," Billy told him

Billy held stu tightly watching his chest rise and fall very slowly before it completely stopped, and stu went completely still in his hold.

"Stu?" He whispered, and he looked down and saw stu's eyes were closed and he wasn't breathing , Billy sniffled before pressing a kiss to the side of his head ," I love you so much, I'll see you again tomorrow, promise I'll do better," Billy whispered before he looked up hearing footsteps

He glared before gently putting stu on the floor before standing up ,"What are you waiting for? Come on, kill me," Billy said, not wanting to fight. He just wanted to wake up again and see stu.

Billy woke confused, hearing the sound of beeping. He looked around the room and noticed that he was in a hospital room. He saw Sidney lying down in a chair next to his bed.

Billy was confused. Why the hell was he in the hospital and not in a jail cell

The door to his room opened , and Dewey walked in with a cup of coffee in hand.

"What happened?why am I here?" Billy asked as soon as he saw him , Sidney jolted awake from her sleep."You're awake! Oh, thank god you're alright,"Sidney said

"What happened? Where's stu?" Billy asked ,Dewey and Sidney shared a glance before Dewey looked at Billy, clearing his throat.

"You were attacked last night, at stu's house, we think it was the same person we killed Casey and Steve, " Dewey started

"I made it just in time. If I had been even a few minutes late , you would've been dead too," Sidney told him

"Dead too?" Billy asked, feeling his heart start to beat faster, Dewey gave him a sad look , "Unfortunately, stu didn't make it, I'm so sorry, Billy, but you were the only survivor," Dewey told him

No, no, this can't be happening, why the fuck did he have to get out of the fucking timeloop? Why couldn't he just stay in it? That way, he'll have the same day, every day for the rest of his life with stu, stu would die but would come back the next day.

"Billy," Sidney softly called his name, wiping the tears that fell from his eye's

Billy pushed her away ,"d-dont," Billy didn't care if his voice broke, but this was it, yesterday was the last time that he will ever see stu, the last time that he will have got to hold him, the last time he will ever get to hear his voice.

"Just get out, both of you, get out," Billy told them, "No, I won't -" Sidney started

"Get the fuck out!just get out!" Billy snapped , Sidney flinched back, face full of hurt but Billy didn't care, he was hurting as well, the love of his life was gone and he was never going to see him again.

Sidney and Dewey left the room, leaving Billy alone to his thoughts and pain, if this was fate , then fate is fucked up,

Billy sniffled and blinked the tears away, trying his hardest to just break down and cry about everything,

"I'm....so sorry , I'm sorry that I couldn't save you,"
