To my Dear, artist friend
You are your own story. These tough times will somehow lead you to your path. Although a miracle it is, it will not stay for long and would always require a sacrifice to be so. It also requires hard work to push it through.
You try and try but never reach the top. You fell and fell harder. There's still many to support you because you are loved. You are cared for. You can be tough. You can be brave. You bring happiness to people. Don't think so down. Even if you do it's because you've done hard work. Keep working hard and if god won't reward you I &/or others will be there to give you a gift. A gift of support, a gift of love, a gift where you would smile.
My words will only be said, told, and sent. I cannot compare the words of people closest to your heart but if I can't then your family can and if they can't your BFF can. If they can't even if a therapist can't, you can always listen to yourself because we love self worth.
We would rather spoil you than make you think you are worthless, because in my story you're already a part of my family and I can't help but tell this to you. That you are a main character of your own story, you will forge a path of your own. Life can be tough and dreams can be crushed. Expectations may be too high and promises may be lied &/or broken but that is how life will forge you into a person.
I draw from the way I feel. I write my emotions. And I will never stop supporting you otherwise. So learn this. You. Are. Your. Own. Story. Just because people are better than you doesn't mean you're not better in others' eyes.
You're already so important in our lives and I hope you bear the burden to accept us to be in your story. And I hope you don't mind us spoiling you with our support.
If you are in your private zone but need to know. I'm always here to let you know, that to me you are a patch of sunlight. A zest of orange to let you know. A sweet taste of pastry and a tough jewel to find. You are never far behind. A smile that shines brighter than sunlight.
