Emma is vlogging on her phone
"So here we are! Stranded in the great American wilds with nothing but our wits to guide us? Will humanity prevail? Or will we grow ravenous and resort to eating the flesh of the deceased like I saw in that one plane crash movie?" Emma states and starts moving her camera and stops on Jacob lockpicking his way through a door
"First course, fillet au Jacob. Rich and full bodied, this rare beef cake may leave an irritating taste lingering on the palate." Emma says
I sigh as I sit cross-legged on the steps
Jacob seems to be struggling opening the lock.
"Wow." Emma says and I look over
"What?" Jacob asks
"It looks like you're trying to thread a needle with a packet of loose sausages." Emma says and I giggle a bit
"Oh my God, I'm almost done, okay?" Jacob says
"Jesus Christ." Emma whispers under her breath
"And for the record, your analogies are very hurtful. Hey. I 'm almost there... one second..." Jacob says as he continues picking the lock
Jacob successfully unlocks the door.
"Ah ha! There we go! And... Viola! Your hairclip, madame..." Jacob says smiling handing Emma her hairclip back
"Ehhh... You can keep it." Emma says
"Not too shabby, huh?" Jacob says
"Nope." I say walking in past him
"Took you long enough." Emma says
"Well, he got it open. It's not like we're on a time limit." I say having enough of Emma
"It's okay, it's not a race." Emma says
"Exactly." I say
"Okay, so, if I were a beer, where would I be hiding?" Jacob says
Jacob starts imitating a radar.
"Beep... beep... beep... beep... beep... beep..." Jacob says
"What are you doing?" I ask
"Beep? Oh! Haha! Uh, it's my beerdar. Helps me 'dar for beers." Jacob says smiling
"Huh... how am I just noticing how super lame you are?" Emma says and I shake my head
"What? But it- it's my beerdar dude..." Jacob says
"I'm just gonna- I'm gonna go over here. Wow, the kids really wiped this place out. Mr. H loved his accessories." Emma says looking at stuff
Emma looks over and sees a safe.
"Hmm. I think it's locked." Emma says
Emma punches in a random code. It doesn't open.
"Don't know what I was expecting..." Emma says
"Yeah, like it's gonna open for you." I say laughing a bit to myself
"Oh... Oh! Hell yeah! Oh ho! Jackpot!" Jacob exclaims
Jacob runs over and grabs some watermelons.
"Hey uh... Check out my giant melons." Jacob says holding two watermelons making them look like breasts
"Oh my god.." I say laughing a bit
