Radhika kept her palm on one of the little girl's heads, not knowing what kind of relationship she shared with her. All that she needed to do tonight was greet everyone gently and show her love for those people who she never met in her twenty-six-year life. Aditya could see his wife endeavoring to restrain her anger for the impish boy who unintentionally spilled juice on her heels while running on the stage. Her furious eyes met with the little demon's mother, who regarded her with a pointed look as if telling her that if she would scold her dear son then she wouldn't leave her. Radhika forced a smile on her lips, then later gritted her teeth while staring at her branded pristine heels being colored in tainted orange. She always loved kids and tolerated their mischievousness with calmness, but someone damaging her beloved belongings irked her to a great extent, and she cannot handle children or adults roaming around her if they are intending to spoil her dress and accessories, albeit mistakenly. Aditya discreetly sniggered while looking at Sameer, who understood his situation with a knowing smile on his face because he was facing the same problem with his miffed wife.
They saw Pratiksha, Anmol, Anshuman, Anjali, Satvik, Sagar, Sonali, and Ankita climbing up the stage while holding a box in their hands, hiding the gift they brought for SamaiNa. AdiKa knew what these people were hiding inside the wrapped box as they mutually discussed the present for SamaiNa.
"Isme kya hai?" Naina asked them confusingly.
"Sab tum dono ke kaam ki cheeze hain," Anjali replied to her with a wacky smile.
SamaiNa looked at each other with perplexed expressions, and Anshuman told his best friend and bhabhi to cut the bow-shape-satin-red ribbon and unwrap the beautiful gift for them.
They both held the scissor and sliced the velvety ribbon, and their friends stifled their growing smiles.
Sameer pushed his hand inside the box and drew out a plastic empty blue bucket with a confused face.
"What is this?" SamaiNa asked the mischievous humans in bewilderment.
"Aur kuch bhi hai, sab nikalo pehle bahar," Sagar told them goofily.
This time Naina brought out a rolling pin and broomstick from inside the box and deciphered what these people had planned to do. She laughingly shook her head, and Sameer was still puzzled, bringing out a dishwasher soap in mystification.
"Yeh kya hai sab? Aise gifts kaun deta hai?" He asked them in vexation.
"Tere future ki advance preparation," Anshuman informed him.
"Haa bhai, yeh jhadu, bartan dhone ka sabun, kapde sukhane ke liye bucket, sab tere kaam aayege ab." Aditya, who was standing at some distance, told the bewildered groom in sheer amusement.
"Aur agar Sameer ache se kaam na kare na toh isi rolling pin se marna isko," Radhika said further, tittering like a nonchalant baby, and Sameer palmed his face, vehemently shaking his head in response.
"Tum log bhi na yaar." Naina kept aside the box containing household items and gave a disbelieving smile to her friends.
"Kitne acche haina? I bet, aisa tohfa tum logon ko koi nahi denga." Pratiksha beamed at her schoolmate, giving a high-five to her fiance.
"Chahiye bhi nahi." Sameer guffawed.
"Tu hume thank you kahega tera future secure karne ke liye," Satvik said waggishly, and Ankita giggled.
"Thank You thank you bhaiyo aur behno mere bare me itnaaaaaaaa sochne ke liye," Sameer spoke with a sarcastic smile while snickering.
"Oye, mujhe kaha behen banane chale tum?" Radhika asked him grumpily.
