Jay freaking looses it after Nya merges with the sea and spends months trying to bring her back.
He finally finds a way; By fusing her with her brother Kai.
By some miracle, or cursed act, it works and now Kai shares his, or rather their, body with Nya.
Jay gets the bricks beat out of him, the crystal stuff is still a problem, and now Kai has to deal with sharing control with his sister, who may or may not want to now murder Jay.
