"Then what's that make you?" Roman asked

Monica gave Roman a look.

"Where's he at?" Oliver asked

"He's on his way." Monica replied

"You and Verone don't go everywhere together?" Roman asked

"What's that supposed to mean?" Monica asked, annoyed

"Nothing." Roman said

The four just stood there and stared at each other.

"Huh. I'm-a go take a piss." Roman said

"You go do that." Monica replied

Roman walked off to the bathroom, leaving the three alone.

"What is his deal?" Monica asked

"He doesn't trust people that carry badges." Brian said

"And for good reason." Oliver argued

The three started making their way towards the bar.

"So you talk like you know." Monica said to Brian, ignoring Oliver

"Yeah. I'd been a cop about two months when Roman was busted in a garage raid. He had eight sets of wheels in his possession, each and every one of them were hot." Brian explained

"So you busted him?" Monica asked

She found an empty table and took a seat. Oliver and Brian sat down at the table as well.

"No. I didn't even know what was going down. But, uh, that doesn't really matter to him. Basically, once I became a cop, Roman started seeing me as the friend that became the enemy." Brian said

A waitress walked over to the table.

"Hey, what can I get for you guys?" The waitress asked

Oliver looked up and noticed it was Lola.

"Lo? What are you doing here?" Oliver asked

At the mention of Lola, Brian looked up.

"Rory?" Brian asked

"You three know each other?" Monica asked

She raised an eyebrow.

"I'm so sorry, Ms. Fuentes. I didn't know these were friends of yours." Lola apologized

"It's alright. What's your name?" Monica asked

"Lorelei." Lola responded

"And how do you know these two?" Monica asked

"Uh..." Lola stuttered

"Rory's my girlfriend." Brian said

He pulled Lola onto his lap and kissed her cheek.

"Yeah." Lola agreed

Before Monica could say anything else, Roman walked over to the table.

"What's up?" Oliver asked

"He's here, man." Roman said

"Where's he at?" Brian asked

Roman nodded to his left.

"He's over there. Don't look." Roman said

Of course, Brian looked. Oliver rolled his eyes at his brother. Verone spotted them in seconds. He sent a staff member to retrieve them.

"Excuse me. Mr. Verone would like for you to join him." The woman said

Lola got up.

"I better get back to work." Lola said

"He wants you to join him as well, Lorelei." The woman added

Lola looked at Brian and Oliver confused. The two just shrugged their shoulders.

"Let's do it." Monica said

She got up from the table and began following the woman.

"See what I'm talking about?" Roman asked

Oliver and Roman followed Monica, Brian and Lola behind them. They made it to the VIP area where Verone was seated. He stood up once his guests arrived. Monica took a seat behind Verone. Oliver and Roman took a seat next to each other while Brian and Lola stood in front of Verone.

"How ya doing?" Brian asked Verone

Verone adjusted the sleeve of his shirt, staring at the blonde in front of him.

"Good. You enjoying your night?" Verone asked

He put his hands on his hips.

"Yeah. I'm having a good time." Brian replied

"Good, good." Verone said

Brian's eyes flickered down to Lola. Verone noticed this and followed his gaze. He smirked and looked at Brian.

"She's beautiful, isn't she?" Verone asked

Brian smiled down at the Toretto girl.

"Yeah. She's gorgeous." Brian said

A small smirk formed on his lips.

"You got balls, kid. I can appreciate that. Women are a very powerful force. You see the blonde sitting with the gentleman right here?" Verone asked

He pointed over at a tall, captivating blonde at a table. She was flirting with a heavy-set man.

"Five minutes of her time and she can get anything she wants from him. Watch." Verone said

He chuckled as everyone watched intently as the man and his new lady friend stood up and began to walk away from the table.

"I wonder where they're going. Sit down." Verone instructed

Brian sat down and pulled Lola onto his lap. He wrapped his arms around her waist protectively. Verone turned to face Roman.

"So, you, uh, lit my man's car on fire. Is that right?" Verone asked

He sat down next to Monica.

"Yeah. I did. You see, I got a problem with authority." Roman replied, casually

"Hmm. I have that same problem. For me, it's cops in particular." Verone said

He looked over at Brian and Oliver tensed up in his seat. Verone looked back at Roman and chuckled.

"Let's take a walk. Come on." Verone said

"We just got here." Monica argued

Verone shot her a stern look.

"Now we're leaving." Verone replied

He held out his hand for Monica and she took it, standing up.

"Let's go." Verone ordered

Everyone stood up and began to follow the tall man down a long hallway. Oliver looked over his shoulder. Enrique and Roberto were trailing behind them.
