"Why are you stopping here?" Piyomon's voice broke her inner thoughts.

Sora has difficulty facing her true feeling nowadays. Mostly because she was very busy with her Tennis club and the latest exam she has before the school gave her long holidays until next January.

She hasn't been in contact with fellow Chosen Children, including her best friend, Taichi. She was aware there was still a threat coming from Digital World and the new generation has been fighting them all this time.

She was grateful that the new generation n Chosen Children including Takeru and Hikari has been helping them a lot, and she feels a little bit sad that she couldn't help much. But her mood has been brightened when Hikari and others brought their partner into the real world to celebrate Christmas together.

Sora remembered the last time they brought Digimon into their world was because of Vamdemon's invasion and it leave a bad taste, but now the auburn hair girl was glad she could make warm memories about her family including Piyomon at Christmas.

And now the huge problem she has to face now was the urge of giving homemade cookies to her fellow friend. Being a teenager was pretty confusing for Sora, especially since she bears the crest of love.

Sora was aware that she no longer spending time with Taichi since she hasn't in the same club with Taichi anymore. Even though of they actively attend their sports clubs, they rarely pass each other.

And this made her meet with someone else. Sora's club ended at the same time as Yamato's band practice ended, which made them meet often after school hours. Since both of them rarely has time to assist the new generation and are exhausted from the club activity, they eventually spend time with each other.

Yamato has been gentler and nicer ever since the last battle, he no longer becomes that lone wolf guy and is pretty chill with his bandmates. Sora is also aware a lot of girls in her class had crushes on him, which made Yamato more popular than ever.

Sora didn't plan anything at first, she felt comfortable with Yamato and he was a great listener, way better sensitive than Taichi since Yamato live in a single-parent house, and he might share the same sentiment as Sora since she also grew up in a single parent's household.

But somehow, Sora realizing she has feelings for someone made her very uncomfortable. She didn't like that the fact she wear the Crest of Love, but she has no idea what real love like is.

Is it because she grow up where she didn't witness how her parents love each other? Or it is because she wasn't feminine enough to recognize her feeling? She has had so much insecurity ever since she entered middle school.

The environment was way pressuring, making her have doubts about her identity and future. Currently, she only shares thoughts about this with Yamato. Surprisingly, Yamato didn't judge or belittle her about her worries and listened to her carefully.

She wondered how Taichi would react if she told him all about her current problem. She remembered the last time she has a deep conversation with Taichi was when she decided to go to the Tennis club when they entered middle school together.

Taichi didn't mad or sulk at her he congratulate her. Which made Sora have mixed feeling about it, she was glad their friendship still going on but deep down in her heart, she wished Taichi would show that he was bothered by the fact they would spend less time together, but hey, that always happened to every childhood friend, right?

And then, Taichi witnessed the first time Sora has a breakdown because of the ferocious training she has to put through because she is feeling like she was left behind by her teammates.
