i was sitting on the couch look at places to stay because me and my ex got into really bad and decided to break up. he moved quickly moving back in with his parents. I could've done the same, but my parents are strict so l've been looking on an app called stay together. basically, you find roommates on there.
I was looking around on the app when i got a notification, i pressed the notification and seen a texted from someone name Jody
Jody: Hey, Clementine, I seen you were looking for a roommate i live in a apartment downtown 3 three bedroom and 2 bedrooms kitchen, living room, balcony, of course.
me: Cool can I see some pictures
Jody: This is that the floor plan looks like
me: I loved to move in
Jody: great, the apartment is 500 a month, meaning you pay 250 a month and I'll do the same there's no rules and pets are allowed. the address 109 chicken St. apartment B room 32B on the three floor
me: I'll be moving on around the oct 23,2022 it that good?

i set my phone down and looked around the empty apartment noting but boxes and a single couch.
i heard footsteps walking towards the door so i opened it

They started moving my things to the moving truck and i started cleaning and picking up trash
The Man: you want the couch to??

I run downstairs putting the cleaning products in my car
