"Misa...I gave that Death Note to you, so why not use it for yourself?" Rem questioned Misa, flying not too far behind her.
"I am using it for myself, because I believe in what Kira is doing." Misa calmly replied, her pigtails swaying with her pretty casual walk.
"I want to know what kind of person Kira is. I want to meet him, and talk to him, that's the only reason I sent all those videos to the TV station." She continued, now walking with a little pep in her step.
"I had to find some way to make Kira notice me! And I'd say that probably got his attention, don't you think?" She let out a small giggle at the end of her sentence, feeling proud and excited at what she had just done.
"It's a dangerous game you're playing. There's a chance you could be killed, do you understand?" Rem stated, seemingly uncaring with her monotone voice. "It's alright! I'm sure that Kira is kind to those with pure hearts."
Misa continued. "And if it came down to that, I'm still stronger than he is, because I have the eyes!" Misa reminded Rem, stopping to turn her whole body to the Shinigami to look at her with her newfound, red shinigami eyes.
