"Now if my eyes don't deceive me."

"Well, We made up for it with the parties we'd throw every time we faced yous on the weekends."

"Yeah, those were legendary."

Kelley and I just looked at each other and laughed, and after catching up with each other, we all sat down at the table. The food was amazing and the conversation was great, and I felt so content. I looked around the table and saw my family and Kelley's family, and I couldn't help but smile. Everything was perfect. "So when are you two getting married," Erin asked and Kelley and I both blushed before sharing a look.

"We're not sure yet. Not one of us has proposed yet. We both want it to be special." Kelley said and I nodded in agreement.

"Well, Bailey, you better hurry up and propose already!" Dad said and I started laughing, "Yeah, I gotta start thinking of something special."

"Exactly!" Jerry said and everyone laughed. Dan and my dad were sharing stories of their games against each other, Hailey was talking to Erin, and Mom and Karen were discussing their jobs.

Everything was perfect. We all continued eating until we were done. And later on while I was in the kitchen doing the dishes when I saw Erin and Hailey on the couch talking. Hailey was talking about how she wanted to get into the medical field, and Erin was giving her some advice. "You know, you're special Hailey. You've been beating the odds your whole life, and you're still doing it."

Hailey smiled, "Thanks. It's just, I don't know. Sometimes I feel like I don't know what I'm doing."

"That's alright. We all feel that way at one point or another. What matters is that you're trying. And that's all that matters. I can see why Bailey loves you so much. I hear about it when I talk to Kelley all the time."

Hailey blushed and smiled, and I couldn't help but smile."Thank you Erin. I can see why Kelley loves you and Jerry a lot too."

Erin smiled and nodded, "You know what will make you and me happy?"

"What?"

"When our own sisters get their asses into gear and get married already!"

Hailey started laughing, and I rolled my eyes before joining in, "We hear you."

And with that, the night ended, and everyone left eventually after a few more drinks. As I was heading to my room, I heard Kelley's voice, "Hey, you."

I turned around and saw her leaning against the doorframe, and I smiled, walking up to her and wrapping my arms around her waist. "Hey, baby. What's up?"

Kelley smiled, "I just wanted to tell you something."

"What is it?"

She wrapped her arms around my neck and pulled me into a deep kiss, and when we pulled away, she said, "I love you, Bailey. I love you so much, and I want us to be together forever. Just seeing our own families here today made me realize how much I want the same thing for us. I know we haven't talked about it yet, but I want to marry you, Bailey. I want us to start a family together, and be together forever. So, here it is. Will you marry me?"

My eyes widened and I smiled, "Where's the ring?" I joked and Kelley laughed, before reaching into her pocket and pulling out a small box. I gasped and she opened the box, revealing a stunning diamond ring. "How long did you hold on to this?" I asked and she smiled, "A few months."

I smiled and shook my head, before I nodded and said, "YES! Of course I'll marry you!"

Kelley smiled and hugged me, before slipping the ring on my finger. I looked down at it and smiled, and then looked up at Kelley, before pressing my lips against hers in a deep kiss.
