It was lovely, wasnt it?
Well, your life was pretty much decent, you lived on a small village in Liyue. Your life was okay-ish half the time. You lived by doing multiple jobs, cause you werent always able to pay off your bills. There were times when your work would bring you a lot, the "lucky months", or also the "bright months"... but there were also those months where you couldnt even pay off your food. Thats why you were in dept with the Northland Bank. Wasnt that much cool, but you tried your best to pay it off... even tho you had to spend your free time picking up flowers and herbs that could help your local doctor. Of course the pay was never enought, but it was still something. A little by little... or so you thought. Unfortunatly, you didnt had the time to pay it all off. It was probably going to take you your whole life to pay even half of it, but you really needed the money.

The fucking audacity they had. Everyone maked food more expensive but reduced the price of spedition. So you were basically running your ass off for so little money, that you really told yourself "is it actually worth it?".
It was not, it was never worth it. But you needed the money, your life depended on them. And dont get me wrong, you clearly thought of becoming a whore to get more money... you were kinda scared of it thoght, so you never actually took it in consideration.

After working your ass off, like every single day of your life since you were 15, you went home. Of course not before going around and picking up herbs.
You were so tired.
You opened up the door of your house, locking it behind you.
A soft sight left your mounth as you took your shoes off.
Lights off cause they are expensive.
You werent much hungry today, so you just went to your room. Or so you meant to do, unfortunatly, or maybe fortunatly, you had to get to the dining room to get into your bedroom. As you walked over the couch, not caring much about it, you saw something shining. And thats when you knew everything was fucked up.

<Well well well, if it isnt Y/n L/n, i was waiting for you. Been waiting here for a little while, you surelly had a lot of fun, didnt you?>

You were paralized. Scared to death. How did this guy got into your house?? Why was he here?? There werent sign of people entering your house when you entered.
Your breath got faster, it was like you were unable to get air inside your lungs.

<And i didnt even introduce myself, i guess you pretty much already understood who am I and why am I here, right?>

You quickly nodded, hands shaking.

<so tell me, dont you feel important to have someone of my level coming to get the money you owe me?>

His level?? He was not a normal harbinger??
You opened your mouth to say something. Nothing came out of it.
He clicked his tounge, producing a "tsk" noise.

He got up from the couch, his height was absourd. You had to look up at him. You felt your knees weak, you were shaking with fear. If he wanted to hurt you, he could have perfectly done it and you wouldnt even been able to escape him. You knew you could run away, but at what cost? He would catch up on you quickly. If not him, probably all the agents he would be having around your house. How could you be so dumb. You didnt even noticed them, but seeing him, you knew there were going to be a lot of them outside. Why? I had nothing special.

Your legs eventually gave up and you fell on the floor.
You muttered a "sorry".

<oh, shouldnt you be offering something to your guests?
Get up. We can discuss over it, dont you think?>
