"Wait! (y/n)..." the girl had called after you only to be ignored.
~Time skip~
Shiruku sat beside the window, propping her face on her palm which remained supported on a table. She bordly gazed outside, "Huh... Thought he'd look tougher." she commented, sending you a worried look. You remained stone faced, sitting at the counter, facing away from her.
A few moments later, the door opened, Shiruku standing before you, her sheathed sword ready.
"Hey-" the male was interrupted when Shiruku slammed her weapon across his face, screaming, "Prepare yourself pirate!!"
You curiously glared over your shoulder watching the interaction. The person your cru- friend had attacked was a lanky teenager adorning a straw hat. "Wait, I'm not a pirate-" the boy had reasoned.
"Eh?"
"-Not yet anyway." he'd continued, ignoring Shiruku's interruption.
You let out a tired sigh, gaining the male's attention. He stood, walking over before sitting next to you. Shiruku irked, attempting to shove him off the seat, only to fail when he didn't budge. She sighed defeatedly, plopping onto the seat on your other side as you boredly sipped your drink. An awkward silence ensued.
Sweat rolled off Shiruku's temple as you and the boy stayed quiet, him eating and you drinking. "...No wonder I thought you looked weak. You don't have a weapon either..." Shiruku observed, wearily eyeing the hungry male. Come to think of it, when and where did he get that food-? "That ship you came in on, it's Gyari's isn't it? Where are they-"
The girl was cut off when the ravennette began shouting his opinion on the food he was eating. You scoffed, irritated at the noise. This was boring.
"Listen to what I'm saying." the ravenette had ordered, his mouth full as he rudely pointed at shiruku. "I'm going to become a peace main." his words had caught your attention though you hadn't shown that fact.
"Peace main?" Shiruku had inquired.
"There are different types of pirates. Violent pirates who just pillage and loot are called, Morgania. Peace mains fight those guys and go on adventures." the boy had explained. "That's why I wanna make a crew of peace mains and sail with them, but there are so many more Morgania pirates in the world..."
You turned to face him slightly as he continued.
"Either one will just wind up plundering in the end, won't they? I don't really mind though. I'm not an ally of justice or anything." Your lips parted as he finished. Everything he'd described sounded....Not so boring. It sounded quite entertaining actually. The boy spoke up once again, "Do either of you have a treasure?"
Your hand drifted to a light blue ribbon that fastened itself around your wrist. You then nodded as Shiruku tilted her head in confusion. "A treasure?"
The male removed his hat, holding it whilst staring at it with a smile. "This hat, it's my treasure. But it doesn't belong to me." The teen then went on to explain his experience with a peace main pirate, the story ending with him receiving the hat.
"I.... I do have a treasure." you'd replied, softly looking down at the ribbon on your wrist. The male tilted his head before smiling gleefully.
Shiruku then cut in, "Is that Red haired Shanks? Y'know, from your story you told a moment ago?"
