A Hero Is Born Part 1

[No one's Pov]

Redson hear a strange noise from somewhere above him and looked up to see something falling. Y/N covered their face with their arms as they braced for impact. They landed on something and flinched, but was confused when they didn't feel any pain. They took their arms off of their face and looked only to be met with Redson's shocked face. They realized he was holding them bridal style and their face exploded with red at the closeness of them.

"I'm sorry!" They said, their face bright red. Redson looked at them curiously.

"Where did you come from, young one?" he asked, putting them down carefully. They looked down at their feet and played with their hands, still embarrassed because of the previous events.

"I... I-I was climbing on the pipes and happened to notice you and your family and was watching the whole thing. Sorry if I saw something I shouldn't have." They said, not wanting to throw MK under the bus. Redson stared at them, trying to see if they were lying or not, but scoffed.

"It's... Fine. You can be the first one to watch the world kneels beneath us." He said as he grabbed the staff from off of the ground. He pats Y/N's head, surprising Y/N as they lightly flinched. Redson himself was surprised at his own actions. He shouldn't be touching a young, lowly, peasant but something about their innocence and kind, pure, heart made him want to protect them from anything that would want to hurt them. To shield them away from everyone and keep them all to himself. He quickly retracted his hand from their head, making them flinch again. His family stared at him in shock and confusion, what was he doing?! Y/N then heard screaming and looked up to see MK who was falling directly over Redson. Their eyes widened.

"Look out-" But it was too late. MK fell on top of Redson, he looked up at the Demon Bull King family and gulped nervously.

"Someone ordered some noodles?" He said nervously. Y/N sweat dropped as they watched Redson get angry.

"GET OFF OF ME YOU IDOIT!" he yelled as he sprang up from off of the floor, knocking MK into the air as he landed a bit behind Redson.

"DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU JUST DID!? YOU RUINED MY MOMENT!" Y/N visibly cringed at the sight off MK on the floor being yelled at. Beside her, DBK stomped, everyone's attention turning to him.

"A little eavesdropper has fallen into our midst. It seems such a waste to crush something so insignificant as my first act as ruler of this new world, but so be it." He lifted his foot above MK as Y/N watched in horror as their friend was about to get crushed in front of their very eyes. Then, Redson stepped forward, interrupting his father.

"Wait father!"

"What is this?"

Redson cleared his throat.

"Waste not your energy on this peasants. Please, allow me to show you how powerful I have become in your absence." DBK looked down at Redson, eyes glowing green. "As you wish"

MK tried to use this chance to get away but stopped once he hears Redson address him. Y/N stood there awkwardly, they then feels someone's eyes on them and they turned around. Princess Iron Fan was behind her, eyeing them up and down making Y/N feel uncomfortable as they thought she was judging them.

"You'll do, I guess" Princess Iron Fan smirked, catching Y/N by surprise. She then pats Y/N's before turning her attention back at her son. Y/n then felt MK quickly, but quietly drag them to the exit. He then stopped abruptly, staring at the staff under him.

"ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING, I, REDSON, WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED! YOU'RE HISTORY!" Redson yelled angrily before bursting into flames. Y/N flinched at his loudness, and froze as he used the gauntlet to send a punch towards MK. MK grabbed the Monkie King's staff and brought it out to shield him and Y/N.

"No way!" Redson yelled in surprise as his punch was deflected by the staff. "How could you possibly wield Monkie King's staff!?" Y/N stared in shock and amazement. MK stood up and stared at the staff in amazement as Redon spoke. "Ah! I don't know what's going on here, but I'm about to end it! that staff is mine!" He yelled as he tried to reach for the staff with bull clones and DBK behind him.

MK panicked and took a step forward swinging the staff, yelling. "I'M SUPPOSED TO BE ON MY BREAK!" A golden ring formed and flung Redson and the bull clones behind him. I looked at him surprised, as he looked at the chaos he had caused. "Uh, that was way more explosive than I expected." he said, nervously. Princess Iron Fan then stepped forward, his giant faun in hand glaring daggers at my MK as a panicked even more. "Stay back! I don't know how I'm doing this!"

"That staff doesn't belong to you noodle boy, hand it over." She said, venom lacing in her voice as she spoke, making Y/N slightly flinch. MK then shoved the staff in his face

"Mmmmm, no?" He replied. The staff then plunged itself into the ground and launched MK into the air. Leaving Y/N awkwardly standing in front of the Demon Bull Family.

"Ugh, he can't escape with that staff!" PIF yelled, annoyed. She then saw DBK rising behind her, looking very angry.

"Centuries trapped in oblivion, plotting my revenge, and all of it thwarted by an evil thief! I WILL TEAR THE FLESH FROM HIS BONES!"

"Father! Allow me, I won't fail you a second time!" Redson said. DBK looked at him

"See that you don't. My patience is past its end!"

"Of course, father" Redson said as he burst into flames drove out of the mountain with a large car. Y/N tiptoed towards the exit of the mountain, but stopped as a shadow loomed over them.

"Where do you think you're going?" PIF said. Y/N sweat dropped, hoping MK would come back for them soon.
