At six pm on the dot, I heard a car horn from outside. I looked out my bedroom window to see Connor's car in the driveway. Perfectly punctual, as per usual. I ran downstairs, put on my shoes, and walked outside to his car.
"Hey," I smile, sliding into the passenger seat.
"Hey, beautiful," He replied, making eye contact with me. I blushed and looked down at my lap.
"So, you gonna tell me where we're going?" I asked as he pulled out of my driveway.
"You'll see," He smirked mysteriously
"What, are you gonna kidnap me?" I joked
"Damn it, how did you guess!" He exclaimed jokingly. I just laughed. We sat in comfortable silence for the rest of the (very short) drive until we pulled into a parking lot. I gasped.
