Jeffery walked through the doors of the Pizza Plex, he had gotten there earlier than anyone else, this was his first day back at work since the incident a week ago, and he really didnt feel like seeing anyone, especially the three people who witnessed it, the last thing he wanted was for people to feel bad for him, to pity him, he wasn't some charity case, his shaking didnt help, he subconsciously held onto his shaking arm, walking faster to the back areas of the Pizza Plex, he just wanted to get through the day, get his hours in, and then get the hell out of this place until tomorrow.
Jeffery sat on the floor of the maintenance area, sitting with his own thoughts, he had been for a week straight, but now he was back at the scene of the crime, he looked to the floor, the blood that was once there had now been cleaned up, almost like nothing happened.

“I still don't understand why all you guys wanted to come, I only needed 1 person to hold the camera and say you were there while I worked,” Jeffery said, looking down at his clipboard, and reading the reports on the animatronic he was doing maintenance on tonight.
“Well- Connor forced me to come,” Rae said jokingly.
“And these two then forced me to come,” Blender said in a monotone voice, adjusting his beanie.
Connor shrugged and smiled, “It's cause you promised a secret animatronic!”
“He's not really a secret, he's just been ‘out of order’ for almost a year now,” Jeffery said, unlocking the maintenance room and letting Connor, Rae, and Blender inside, Deja would be sitting there already, watching only Jeffery as he walked over to a camera, grabbing it and giving it to Blender
“Why do we need to record this again?” Blender asked, starting the camera and inspecting it.
“The higher-ups just wanna know how I do things, ya know, the usual” Jeffery said as he walked closer to Deja who was still eyeing him. Jeffery took a deep breath, he had to admit, Deja was kind of scary for a children's animatronic, no wonder he was taken out of the daycare.
“S'en aller,” Deja told Jeffery
“Uhhh.. what did he say?” Rae asked, confused
“His setting is somehow stuck on French... I have no idea how that happened but um… that's why we’re here I suppose,” Jeffery said looking at the camera, nervously glancing at Blender for some reassurance, Blender gave a thumbs up and Jeffery continued, slowly approaching Deja, who continued to just stare, his resting expression looked angry, then again, he did play the villain.
“Ne me touche pas!” Deja growled at Jeffery. Jeffery took another deep breath, there was nothing to be scared of, these guys werent capable of hurting people, so why did he feel like running out of there?
“Sorry dude... But I gotta do this,” he mumbled, Jeffery pressed the two buttons and opened Deja’s face plates, Deja didnt move, didnt even flinch, usually, animatronics have some sort of reaction to having their face opened, Jeffery shrugged it off, he studied Deja’s endo skeleton and didnt see anything wrong, he then decided to check Deja’s scanners, Jeffery needed to remove both eyes to do so, so he looked at the color combo.
Blue… red… yellow… red… green… blue… green… yellow.
Jeffery’s eyes observed each color, once the color sequence ended, he began to press the buttons.
Blue… red… yellow… red… green… yellow.

Jeffery flinched as he heard someone enter the maintenance room, he looked up and saw Rae walking in with Gilmore, holding onto him as if he was gonna fall any second. Jeffery scrambled to his feet and dusted himself off.
