*This Story will not include the fnaf lore. William is not a serial killer in this story, he has no wife or children. (For the sake of not romanticizing a serial killer and being a home wrecker) He is simply a manager at the establishment. This will be set in 1985 where William is assumed to be 21 years old, reader is 20. I also apologize if he is a little or very out of character. There is not a lot of info of Williams mannerisms before he started murdering children.

The first day after new years is always exhausting. Snow is coated everywhere in Brooklyn, New York. Walking down the snowy streets, multiple stores and apartments passing by as go to visit a nearby Pizzeria for your friend, Elise's Daughters birthday.

The sound of bells are heard while entering the simple retro pizzeria. You're greeted with the smell of Pizzas and a stage with four animatronics on stage, singing along to a tune. Children are seen singing with the animatronics, playing video games, and collectively eating pizza at the many different tables. You spot Elise and her party in the far left corner, walking over you wave at them with a smile and give Anna, the birthday girl, a hug.

"Happy birthday Anna, Enjoy your gift beautiful." You hand her a wrapped box with a bow on top, she gives you the biggest smile before running over to her mom that's already making her way over to you. "Thank you for coming to celebrate Y/n! It's been a while since I've seen you." She gives you a big hug, pulling away with a mischievous look on her face. "So you see.. my boy best friend is single at the moment, so I'm looking for an acceptable girl he could get to know." She put her arm around your shoulder with a smirk on her face. You laugh awkwardly and gaze at the party to see if you could guess who she was talking about. "Right... Elise I'm not looking for anyone but if he's attractive enough then I could give him a chance." Elise nods knowingly and claps her hands. "Great! He's got a handsome face, I'll let you look at the rest." She confidently makes her way through the party, you following behind, going up to a door that has 'Manager' labeled on the front.

"You're seriously not telling me that he's the manager of this place right...." You made an unsure face staring daggers onto the door. "Oh loosen up a bit Y/n! It won't even matter once you meet him, trust me." She rolls her eyes in a joking matter before knocking a few times on the door. You hear multiple noises that sound like a rushed way of getting to the door, it suddenly gets quiet after few more seconds pass the door opens.

You see a tall slim but built man with semi messy brown hair and beautiful blue eyes. His eyes look over at Elise seeming very annoyed before looking over at yours with wide eyes. "Who is this fine beauty?" He leans on the door while maintaining eye contact with you, letting a charming smile grow on his face. "This fine beauty is my other best friend Y/n!!" Elise pushes me forward, closer towards the man in front of me. You wave at the brunette with a sweet smile, him waving in return.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Y/n, I'm William Afton." His sleepy like eyes stare me up and down with his attractive smile growing more relaxed. He held out his hand for a handshake as you go to shake his hand he brings it up to his lips to plant a soft kiss on your knuckles. Your face grows hotter by the second and pull back quick from the sudden contact. "My My William! Quite the charmer for miss Y/n here huh." Elise laughs to herself while William laughed a little with her, "well then, I'll let you to talk on your own, have fun." She started walking back to the party and waved goodbye. You waved back to avoid the sudden embarrassment.

"Well, Y/n... Would you like to come in and have some tea with me?" He opens the door a little wider and invites you in with the kind smile still evident on his features. You look back at his blue eyes, "Yea, that would be lovely." He allows you to enter first as he closed the door on the both of you and makes his way to a coffee table in the middle of his office.
