Chapter Nine

*Crystal's POV*

After the skits Connor and I went back to his hotel room. A few minutes later Austin came.

"I see your awake." He said.

"Yeah I have been for a while." I said.

"Oh." He said.

"Now why did you bring me here?" I asked.

"I will tell you if Connor goes to the other room." He said.

I looked at Connor and he smiled then got up and left.

"What is it?" I asked slightly annoyed.

"I want you to be mine." He whispered and leaned closer to me.

"Ha ha not happening." I said pushing him.

"Listen to me, your mine." He said.

Without thinking I ran outside as fast as I could. I ran for a while longer and I found myself at a park. I decided to call Rebecca to ask her if she can give me a ride back to my apartment. She was surprised to her from me and she told me she was on her away. I was about to plug in my earphones to listen to music until suddenly I heard a familiar voice. I looked up and saw Kian, not to far away.

"Hey Kian!" I yelled.

"Crystal?" He asked then ran and sat down next to me.

"What's up?" I asked.

"Oh not much just out for a walk, what about you?" He asked.

"Oh the usual, getting kidnapped by an ex boyfriend if you know what I mean." I said randomly.

"Wait, what?" He asked.

"Yeah my ex boyfriend Austin sort of kidnapped me." I said.

"Austin Franta?" He asked.

"Yeah how'd you know?" I asked.

"My best friend is his brother, Connor." He said.

"Oh cool." I said.

We sat there silent for a few minutes and then I asked him what I've been wanting to ask during the last few minutes.

"Did you find Cassidy?" I asked.

"Nope, I hope I'll find her soon." He said.

"Yeah me too." I said and suddenly Rebecca came.

I said my goodbye to Kian and I left with Rebecca. We just listened to music the whole way back to our apartments. We said goodbye and I went into my apartment. I ate a sorta late dinner and wasn't sure what to do next. I heard laughing at Mark's, so I went to see what was going on. I knocked and a girl answered the door.

"Hey." I said.

"Hey I'm Isabella but most people call me Belle." She said.

"Oh cool I'm Crystal. I live across from this apartment and I was wondering what the laughing was about so I came over." I said.

"Oh just my best friend being a weirdo." She said.

"Mark?" I asked.

"So you two know each other?" She asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"I'm moving in across from Rebecca next week." She said.

"That's so cool!" I said.

"Yeah and then I get to see my best friend more, he's amazing." She said.

"He's pretty great." I said.

"I should get going." I said after a few seconds of silence.

"Me too, bye." She said.

"See ya." I said then I went back to my apartment. I flopped back on my bed and next hing you know tears are strolling down my face. I wasn't sure why.... Am I jealous of Belle and Mark? No I couldn't be, could I? The rest of the night I just watched movies and had snacks, at about two am I fell asleep.

I woke up the next morning to hear laughing from Mark's apartment. I looked at the time and my clock read 9:18. I got up and took a shower, got dressed and all that stuff. I ate breakfast and after that there was a knock on the door. I answered it and standing there was Connor.

"Hey Connor how did you find my apartment?" I asked.

"Kian told me." He said.

"Oh what's up?" I asked.

"I wanted to see if you wanted to hang out today." He said.

"Yeah, of course." I said.

"Okay, let's go." He said and we ran outside to Connor's car. For most of the day Connor and I did a lot of different things later on he said he was taking me somewhere for a surprise. He put a blindfold on me and he led me to where we were going. He told me that I could take off my blindfold and when I did I saw Santa Monica Pier, it was beautiful.

"Well what are you waiting for, let's go!" Connor said.

We went on some different rides then played games where you could win toys and stuff. Connor won me a big teddy bear, that night was amazing.

"Thanks for tonight Connor." I said smiling like a dork.

"Yeah maybe we could do that again sometime." He said.

"I'd love to." I said.

Then he kissed me on the cheek and I blushed madly.

"See ya Crystal." He said.

"Later Franta!" I said and I went inside my apartment. I thought about everything that happened with him then I slowly fell asleep.

*Mark's POV* (YAY!)

Belle and I were playing Mario Kart then suddenly she said she had to go to the bathroom. She left and while she was gone I thought about Crystal. I was still in shock that she never told me about dating a guy and soon they are getting married. I am still not sure how to react to it. The only person I told that I saw him propose was Belle. I could tell anything, she has been my best friend since high school.
