Okay so with this one, I never intended to publish it. It's actually all in one doc since I didn't bother to divide it up into chapters at first. Which, once you see how long it is (not the highest number of chapters, but certainly the highest word count of anything I've published here), is somewhat annoying. Anyway, it's done, there's no more.
