"Okay" a voice echoed through the trees.
"All that walking was worth it to finally be back-"
Sean stopped talking and starred. The town was empty, he decided to explore.

After a few minutes of wandering around he heard a noise.
"hello? Is anyone there?"
There we're quiet noises of steps in the grass that got louder and louder.
"hello?"
He said again, but in a much more terrified voice.
"Show yourself!"
Moo
A cow stepped out from behind one of the buildings Sean sighed in relief that it wasn't someone or something trying to kill him.

He had wandered around for about an hour until he stumbled upon a farm

After looking around he walked toward a book spread across a table next to a container, his curiosity got the best of him and he decided to start reading.

Hello, traveler.
I noticed that the journal I'd left for you in the container is gone, you must have seen it.

I hope you did.

...

You're still reading?

I see

I... Must apologize to
you, then.

I'm positive this will never be seen; it won't be long until this building collapses on itself and the book is gone forever. I come back here often. I know nones here, besides me, but I can't help returning to the place we made memories together

I'll forever be fond of them, since you are whom I share them with.

The journals I had left behind two years ago haven't been discarded. I... see you took the map, too.
I hope that means... I'll be able to see you again soon.

...

Old friend.

...

If you ever come for me, and I'm not there, search my house on the second floor. Ive documented just about every aspect of my adventures in a series of journals.

Truthfully, you'll find some very dark written in my works. Try not to think of me too harshly... Alright..?

Heh.

...

It's so lonely here.

I can't recall the last time ive seen another person. Many things have happened since we've shared each others company.

Howl evacuated a long time ago. Theres none left in that town.

I'm scared, old friend.

I'll be gone once this book has decayed. Everything is going to disappear along with me.

But I've been gone for a long time.

It's been just about three years, you know.

...

I don't want to be alone anymore.

...

I think it's time for me to go.

...

Safe travels, old friend.

                   Forever yours
