ELLE'S P.O.V

Yesterday's sand fight was got me injured on knees and elbows. I woke up to a concern of my body might not positioned well anymore. Those boys almost killed me last night with midnight talks and stuff. I ended up pass out on Toby's lap. Then somehow I woke up in my room. At least, yeah, Toby didn't let me laying on the couch just like that when they sneaked out from my house. Hello. Good morning. Messy hair, red eyes, hungry tummy. Again.

"Girl, you're looking perfectly..." Mom was shocked when I entered her kitchen area.

"Messed?" I chuckled. "Morning mommio."

"Morning. Where's your laundry? I'm gonna take it with me to work." She packed hers and Dad's into a giant plastic bag.

So lame, our own laundry machine was broken. Either mom or dad has to bring it to their public laundry at the office where it's allowed for the workers to use it. Pretty cool huh. Oh don't say it. Yes I'm 17 and mom still does my laundry. Shut up.

"Breakfast first, zombie." Dad kissed my head from behind.

"Aye daddio!" I tickled him. We mostly ended up strangle each other's neck but not today. I'd feel bad for his neat office suit.

"You're a girl, last time I checked." Mom sighed.

"It's like 10 years ago, right mom? Probably I've changed." I smirked with a haunting voice.

"Hahaha. Easy. Get some freaking surgery." She replied.

"True that." I snapped my finger. "I'm hungry to be honest."

"You're always hungry, to be honest." Dad hugged me. "You're smelly."

"Hey! I'm never smelly. No." I sniffed my hair. "I... Hey I was showering last night."

"Let's argue about that later." Mom ruined my messy hair. "Bye bye little Elle. Don't burn my kitchen. See you on dinner."

"Bye parents." I waved at them.

Few minutes later, I was all alone again. Always. This online school has got me grounded in my own house. That's why my escape would be just that clan from the corner of the block. If they decide not to bring me anywhere in a day, then I would be just home, safe and sound.

I lazily did my homework and appeared online for today's class. It was for 2 hours, then I took a break. Cooked for myself, ate it by myself. Too plain. I need my toys.

"Dude where you at?" I called Toby.

"Rehearsal." He chewed some chips and it's heard from the phone.

"Pick me up, I'm bored to death." I pouted.
