"What do you want?" I ask him as he takes a seat next to me.

"Allot of things really, a super hot girlfriend, a motorbike, a bigger room-"

"What I mean is why are you here?" I ask, eyebrows raised.

"Well, I saw that you were upset and I wanted to see if you were ok." He says, sympathy entering his eyes. "So you come in two hours later?" I say, standing up.

"Well, I thought you might need some space for a bit. And I din't want to get paint all over me."

"Well you really have a knack for thinking of others." I reply, stomping out the door.

"What's the matter Lara," He asks,  grabbing my arm. "And I want the truth." I sigh.

"Mum's going on an extra long holiday in Hawaii." I say, sitting back down next to him. "For how long?" "Two years." Ash gasps. "But you will have finished school by then." I know. What are you doing when you get out of school?"

"I want to be a director. You?"

"Actress."

"Ah, every teenage girls dream. After becoming a princess of course."

"Yeah well, you're already a princess so your dream's come true." I say, a smile tugging at my lips.

"Well, if every teen age girls dream was to be, um... a pig, they all must be jealous of you!" I punch him lightly in the arm.

"Maybe you could direct one of my movies," I laugh. "If I'm actress material."

"Yeah, we'll see." Ash stands up and gives me a hand. I pull myself up and look aroung my now purple room.

"Looks good." Ash says, strutting out of the room. I smile and walk out behind him.

Maybe it won't be so bad after all.

~*~*~

The week-ends over, school is starting again, and I am not, riding in that stupid convertible with Ash again. I am going to ride my motorbike. I walk down  the stairs, all my leather gear on (fingerless gloves, pants, jacket.) And grab a piece of toast from Ash's plate.

"Thank you!" I say, snatching it off the plate.

"What the hell do you think you're wearing?" He says. "You don't need to wear that in the car!"

"I'm not going in  your car with you Ash, I'm going on my bike. I you have a problem with that well, too bad."

I walk out the front door.

"See ya Carmen!" I call to her as she walks into the kitchen. "Bye! Drive safely!" I pull on my helmet and ride off on my bike. As I pull my helmet off at the school car park, the amount of guys that stared at me, I felt kind of special, I will admit. I unzip my jacket and put my helmet on my seat. All of a sudden the plastics with the blonde that was sucking Ash's face off yesterday in the lead, walk up to me.

"Why are you hangin' around my boyfriend bitch, he's mine." She says, in a fluent western accent.

"News flash plastic whore, he's not you boyfriend. And I can hang around who ever I want when ever I want. And your not gonna stop me." I say, getting really close to her face with mine. Trying to intimidate her.

"Well, I'm the leader of the most popular girls of the school, and if you wanna get in good with us, which every girl does, you will take back what you just said."

"Why would I want to get in "good" with a bunch of girls that have had more plastic surgery then Micheal Jackson and who's wearing more makeup then a clown?" I look around and see that a crowd has gathered, phones and iPod's out videoing.
