"Excuse me?..."
Zhongli questions with a deep, exquisite tone of voice.
"Could I make a purchase for these fine jades?"
He grabs one gently and inspects it with a keen eye, swiftly moving to the next one.
"Which ones?"
The shopkeeper says.
"Oh, these ones right here,"
Zhongli placing them on the counter as if it were two delicate babies.
"My, my, you definitely have an eye for quality,"
"Dear sir, these are the best jades out of the collection,"
"You have the eyes worthy of an archon!"
Spoke the shopkeeper in an impressed manner.
"Thank you,"
Zhongli responding politely.
"Although, this will cost you..."
"...one million mora,"
Zhongli stood in disbelief, he briefly checked his wallet but there was nothing (unless you count the few dustbunnies that were forming after the lack of use). He realised he was broke.
Zhongli thought to himself,
"I need to ask Childe,"
"Oh... could you please take care of these, i need to do something at Wangsheng Funeral Parlor,"
He dashed away with an embarrassed look on his face.
