MieoMieo91 replied my dm today and she explained herself to me, saying that she was busy for two days and didn't have the time to log in Wattpad in time. Also, she said that she read my work from a transition website therefore she didn't have the web link of my original work, so she had not asked for my permission first. She said that she wasn't after for fame or money and only did everything for love. I would like to believe her claims. But from my perspective, things can be handled in a better way, like, if you want to write a side story, you can open up a brand new section to put your works in, instead of adding it to the translation. Besides, there is always a way for you to find the web link in which I posted my story. There is only a difference between wanting to do or not.
