We waited three days. It was a long three days of silence, listening to the waves calm down, rationing food and sleeping. We didn't get to take anything with us because obviously we ended up stranded.

The boats finally arrived much quicker than we took to get this far. They arrived two boats very similar to the one we had before.

"Finally!" Clarissa was the only one really excited, "I am so sick of being so close you you people."

"Agreed," I said without thinking. We both half chuckled but nobody else was amused.

We all boarded the boat that was to the left of us and the people on the boat left and headed to the second boat.

As we entered the boat, Skylar had to drag Luuc in with Elias.

Clarissa, Jackson and I all sat down around the small table next to the counter. Elias and Skylar both continued dragging Luuc down into the right room similar to the last boat's.

They walked back up the three steps and Skylar said, "That took three days off our schedule and there is no way we can make up that time. It's April 15th and we were supposed to be heading into Stephens hideout by tomorrow."

"Well that plan obviously failed," Elias bluntly said almost glaring at Skylar.

"Don't look at me like that," Skylar looked Elias in the eyes and her fists were clenched.

"Okay," I said stepping in between them, "We may have spent too much time too close to each other but that doesn't matter. We are so close to getting there lets just not destroy our own team yet please."

"She's right," Clarissa stood up, "We just need to pretend like none of that ever happened. Like we are still on the same track as before. Besides Stephen wouldn't expect us to be behind schedule."

"I guess that's true but we still have Luuc to worry about," Elias responded.

"Who cares?" I looked back down the hall because I could feel him listening in on our conversation, "It's one of him against five of us."

"Until we make it to the shore of Europe," Skylar remarked, "Then Stephens whole army is against us."

"Fine," I said, "Be in doubt. But it won't help you in the long run." I walked down the few stairs. I heard Luuc struggling to get back on to his bed. I stopped a minute to let him get there to act like I didn't know he was listening.

I walked inside the door to see him lying in the bed just like he was before.

"Why are you here?" He asked me bluntly.

"Someone has to guard you and it might as well be me," I responded to him sitting down in the chair next to the bed.

I saw there was a clipboard with paper on it saying 'diagnosis'. It seemed to me that Skylar already claimed this room as the nurses office.

I picked up the pencil next to it and I flipped the piece of paper over so it was blank. When I looked at it and my imagination went wild. I imagined all the things I could draw in this very moment. I decided that I wanted to draw Elias. I had so many feelings-good and bad- about him that I might as well express them through a drawing. My memory was so distinct that I could see his face right in front of my when I closed my eyes. I could imagine him looking at my like he did when we were at the top of the boat. Or when we were about to jump off the sinking boat. That look of desperation and hope. That's what I wanted to draw.

I started drawing the bottom of his chin and made sure the angles matched the angles I saw I started imagining him in black and white so I could see the lines more. I drew his eyes and I made sure to make the inside of the color darker that the outside because his eyes were like that. I drew the shading as much as I could.

I closed my eyes one more time to see the black and white picture of Elias. I opened my eyes to see the same picture on paper right in front of me. I stared at it for a while wondering how long I have spent on it. I wondered why I just really strived to draw him so detailed.

I hear the door handle turn and I looked over at Luuc who looked shocked. Like he had never seen something so incredible in his life. He was looking right at my paper.

I flipped the paper back over quickly making sure the person coming in wasn't Elias or Skylar.

I was putting the clipboard down as Skylar entered the room out of breath.

"Why are you in here?" Skylar breathed heavily. I could sense something was seriously wrong and I had to get out there and help. She caught her breath quickly and yelled, "I have been calling your name for almost an hour! We are having really big problems out there and you have just been sitting in here?!"

"I... I didn't know..." I was at a loss of words and I can't believe I didn't hear her calling my name.

"You won't say anything about that?" She looked at me furiously, "there is no way you couldn't hear me shouting at you!" We heard a big 'thump' from the deck above. As it hit we all jerked our heads down because it frightened us with the loud noise.

"What is going on?!" I yelled in fear.

"Go up and see for yourself!" She told me with such force that I stood up and walked out.

I walked up the stars and saw Elias with a gun in his hand pointed to the left side of the boat. He looked at me with that face. The face I just drew. He just told me he needed me.

I looked around the boat looking for a good bow and arrow. I won't shoot a gun. I can't imagine shooting a gun it just isn't my way of fighting. I looked underneath the couch compartments that are always in a boat. I quickly found one stocked with weapons and a bow with a quiver of arrows right next to it. I grabbed it and ran out the door.
