Quirk requires total consideration as user needs to have a mental image of said animal as well as knowing about them eg: height , weight, habits , diet etc. User may lose control over themselves when transformed into an animal for over an hour. User may also under go random animal urges
Drawbacks include:

"WHERE IS SHE!!!" Overhaul yelled while putting the young teenager in a chokehold. Her face stayed unfazed, like she was somewhat use to this. Seeing this Overhaul only became more infuriated with the teen. "ANSWER ME YOU INSOLENT LITTLE BRAT!!!!!" he yelled louder as he slammed her against the wall. "Gone" she responded softly, barely above a whisper. "You don't say ?!?!" Overhaul responded sarcastically. Just as he activated his quirk to torment her , one of his henchmen, Shin Nemoto ,entered the room in a panic. "We found her!" just as he said those words , Chisaki dropped the teen on the floor like a hot potato. "Where?" he asked, his voice full of malice. Nemoto quivered "She's almost at the main road a-and ..." he swallowed "and what" Overhaul asked, his voice dripping with acid. "Thereareherospatrollingthearea" he spat out almost too quickly. Overhaul took a glance towards the teen girl who still sat on the floor and had her head down."Take her to the basement" he said with venom in his words. The girls head shot up at the word 'basement' . Her eyes widened at the look of blood lust in Overhaul's eyes.
She knew what she was doing when she helped Eri escape
She knew the consequences of disobeying Overhaul
She knew what would happen if she got caught
She knew that there would be nothing to save her from Overhaul's wrath
She knew what she was going to happen
