And so it began.

Ever since Levi's 'bad mood,' he had been ignoring you as much as he could.

Whenever you were in the same room with him, he'd get all fidgety, with a hint of sulk. Every time you tried to talk to him, he'd make up some random excuse that sometimes didn't even make sense.

Not that he gave you time to inquire since he'd bolt away immediately.

This time, you found him in the kitchen trying to sneak a snack.

"Oh, Levi. I brought some pastries from Madam Scream's. Want some--?"

"Oh, um, I'm busy." He hastily tucked a bunch of junk food under his arm and hurriedly got past you on the doorway.

"What's the rush? Here, I separated these for you since I heard you liked them—"

"Sorry, I'm not feeling well!" With a loud exclamation, the indigo-haired male ducked and went past you. You could do nothing but sigh as his back disappeared into a hallway.

"(M/n)?" Beelzebub peeked from a corner, catching whiff of the sweet aroma brought by the pastries. You perked up. "Oh, Beel. Have you been here long?"

"I heard you brought food."

"Oh, here." You placed them down the table. "Save some for the others though."

"...Mhm."

You watched silently as Beelzebub unwrapped the food and took massive bites, pondering. It lasted for a few more seconds, until eventually, he noticed your unnerving gaze.

"...I heard Levi hurry out of the kitchen earlier."

"...Ah, yes. He said he wasn't feeling too well so he hurried out."

"...That's probably a lie." Beel nonchalantly commented. You chuckled. "Oh, you noticed?"

"He's been acting weird."

"You have any idea why?" You hummed in question, not knowing the answer as well. Beelzebub paused, staring at the half-eaten pastry in his grasp. "Well...it started a few days ago, I just don't know why."

"He seems like he wants to avoid me at all costs." You remarked. He nodded, unable to deny such. "He's not as stiff with us. Just...sulky?"
