"Are you ready, anak?" My mother asked me as she went beside me.

My vision was focused on my own reflection in the mirror. I don't know what to feel, it feels like I'm floating in cloud nine, My mind still can't grasp the idea of me getting married today, I mean of course I wanted to marry Calixto, maybe I'm just excited and nervous at the same time.

"Anak, okay ka lang?" My mother asked again as she noticed how I deeply stare at my own reflection.

Napatingin naman ako kay mama. "Kinakabahan lang ako, ma." I said and let out a tensed smile.

But, the truth is, a scorching pain is killing me inside, aside from the nervousness I feel. Para akong papatayin ng sakit na nararamdaman ko but I need to masked my pain, I don't want to ruin this day.

She held my cold and shaking hands. "Anak, normal lang naman na makaramdam ng kaba. It's your best and biggest day. Few more minutes at ihahatid na kita sa altar kung saan naghihintay ang lalaking makakasama mo sa habang buhay."

I smiled at her with my eyes starting to get watery. Lord, ibigay niyo na po sa akin itong araw na ito, please.

Mama was quick to wipe off my tears. She even gave me a tight hug. "I am so happy for you, anak. Please hold on, this is just the beginning of your happily ever after." She said and dropped a sweet kiss on my head.

"I love you, mama. Thank you." I mum.

She moved a bit and dried her own tears also. "Nagdramahan na tayo." She jested and we laughed.

Habang nagpupunas kami ni mama ng mga luha namin dahil sa dramahan na nangyari, bigla namang pumasok sa loob ng hotel room sila Cielo and Czar.

"Omg! Super aga ng iyakan, wowa and mama!" Czar stated which is true.

Maaga because it really is. Xyle and I chose to marry each other when the sun rises.

"Uhm Tita, Cy, all set na po outside and in any minute po bababa na sila Xyle." Cielo informed us.

"Pero, bago ka bumaba Cy, let's do final touches muna." Dagdag pa ni Cielo.

Mama stood up. "Mauuna na lang kami ni Czar sa baba. Cielo, ikaw na ang bahala kay Cy ha?" Bilin ni mama kay Cielo.

"Opo, tita."

Czar then assisted her wowa. "I'll be back, I'll just assist wowa." Czar winked before she closes the door.

"Okay ka lang ba? Parang ang putla mo bigla. Wait, ayusin lang natin ng bahagya yung make-up mo." Cielo was the one who assisted me in doing my make-up. "Ang aga niyo naman kasi nag-iyakan ni Tita." Cielo jested.

I just smiled with what she said, not that I'm not into communicating with her, it's just that I am too overwhelmed as of the moment.

"And it's done!" Cielo exclaimed in glee. "Ang ganda ganda mo Cy." She said habang nakatitig sa akin ng maigi.

"Congratulations Cyrine! Pang habang buhay na yan." She said and hugged me kaya niyakap ko din siya pabalik.

Who would have thought that after almost two decades of rift, heto kami ngayon ni Cielo—magkasama na tila walang problemang pinagdaanan. Mas nangibabaw pa rin ang pagpapatawad sa puso namin ni Cielo.
