"Oh come on this idea is never going to work! We knew this when we started Mar!" Aiden yells from across the room.

"Dude calm down, I invested part of my trust fund into this business because I believe in you Aiden." Margaret replies with a smile, "Either way this town has a dedicated police force who have also had us help work on some smaller cases. New stuff will come rolling in."

Aiden sighs, sitting down across from Margaret, "I know but I didn't want to just sit in a rented office space all day and do nothing!"

"You are doing something, eating lemon pie with me and pacing around the room, that should count for something!" Margaret laughs.

"Yeah, yeah!" Aiden picks up the remote and turns on the tv from where he's sitting. "Mar, why did you waste your money investing it in me?" He sighs.

"I did not waste anything, we have been best friends since-" Margaret tries to say before Aiden cuts her off saying, "Since 7th grade. Yes, I know! I was there, duh." Margaret chuckles at his remarks.

"Turn on the local news, maybe something happened?" Margaret says to Aiden, he nods doing as asked. Much to the friends surprise something is happening, not to their surprise Margaret was right! She laughs, "Ha! I knew I was right, like always!"

"You're a smart-ass you know that right?  Aiden says with a laugh.

"Yes I know, you tell me that every time I prove you wrong. Which seems to happen very often!" Now a huge smirk lies on her face. They both turn their head to watch the tv to see what had happened.

"Some very sad news I'm reporting here today. A local teenager and two kids were found dead last night in a house the teen was babysitting at. The teen's name, Zeiden Quinn. His parents are devastated after hearing that their son was beaten and stabbed to death. The two other small children named Danny & Sam Ryder, who were also in the home that night have been left dead, hung and beaten in the home. Police have just started investigating and have no comment at this time." The news lady reports, almost crying as she shares the news. After hearing all that Aiden's phone starts to ring, he answers the call from the local Police station telling him and Margaret to come down to help with a case.

"Oh, how convent! Perfect timing." Margaret laughs nervously.

...

Margaret & Aiden walk into the station and start asking around for the Chief.

"Hey! Over here you two!" Chief Wiggum calls out. The three of them walk into the Chief's office so he can give all the information needed for the case. "This is a gruesome thing, right now we think it's a murder/suicide type deal. Teen kills kids then self realizing what he did and to not wanting to have jail time, overthinking the whole thing as teens do."

"What do you think could have been his motive?" Margaret asks,

"We are still looking into what that could be. We want you two on this case for extra help, so come on and follow my cruiser to the crime scene." Chief Wiggum says as he stands up and starts to walk out of the room to the parking lot. Aiden & Margaret both follow him out and get into their own car.

...

The friends soon arrive at the house where the minors lives were sadly cut short. They walk in the home to a dozen cops investigating all over the house, taking pictures, bagging potential evidence and looking for finger prints. Margaret & Aiden walk into the living room where the teen's body is laying face down with many stab wounds in the lower back. The Police pick up the body and put it on a stretcher in a bodybag. Face up Zeiden's body has stab wounds in the chest with his neck sliced open. Aiden gets a pair of plastic gloves from Margaret and starts to investigate the teen's body.
