○What is shifting?...
Shifting is becoming aware of yourself in a different reality.
By Cr we mean our "Current Reality" and by Dr we mean our "Desired Reality"
○Is it dangerous?
Absolutely not
○Can you get stuck in your dr?
No you can't.
○What is a script?
A script is a collection of all the things about your dr; you can do it on your noteapp on your phone or write it down on a piece of paper. On a script you usually write everything about yourself in your dr, maybe even some scenarios you want that happen and some extra stuff.
○Do I need a script in order to shift?
No you don't. Having a script isn't necessary; most of us shifters have them because we use it to note the things that we want to remember since we may have a lot in mind.
○How do I come back to my cr?
Most of us use a safeword. It has to be a word you don't say often since after you'd said it you'll come back here. (Ofc you won't come here in the exact moment you say it, it's not like a light switch)
○Is there anything that can help me?
There are methods, meditations and a hole lot, they are not necessary so don't stress over it. Most of the methods or meditations you will try won't work for you, you know why? Because everyone is different and in fact for everyone everything works differently.
Things you should know
-If you've been trying to shift for a lot of days-time you should probably take a break, for as long as you need, because shifting can be really exhausting and tiring after a long time.
- Don't get all your informations from shiftok!!!
-(from what I know)Shifting isn't against any religion and doesn't have to do with demons and all.
-You don't have to be obsessed with shifting. Being obsessed with it or putting it on a pedestal isn't going to help you shift at all. Try to shift when you feel like it.
-You can shift wherever you want: an anime, a movie, a book, a TV series, a "better cr" reality, famous dr, study dr, royalty dr, waiting room (wr)...etc
