"Alright... I think I will."
His head shoots up to look at me. From the stunned look on his face, he didn't expect me to take him up on it. He quickly smoothes it away into a neutral expression, looking me over in quiet interest.
"You're just full of surprises, aren't you? Well then, don't be shy. I promise I'll be good."
He gives me a suggestive grin that I promptly ignore, stepping closer. Running my eyes over his body, I hesitate momentarily, wondering where to begin. Tentatively, I reach up and run my hands over his shoulders.
They're tense, tensing up even more the moment I touch him, his breath going still.
I do my best to ignore it, my own face growing warm at his reaction.
I'd never been this close to him before. There's hardly a sliver of space between us, his pale chest moving with breath, faster the moment I lay my hands on him.
"Not afraid to get up close and personal, are you-?" He cuts himself off with a soft squeak when I slide my hands under his shirt. Half of me enjoys the way his smooth stomach shies away from my touch, but I resist the urge to tease. For now, at least.
His skin is soft and surprisingly cool. When my hands brush over his throat, I can feel his pulse jump.
Resisting a laugh, I focus on the task at hand, running my hands back down his waist, although the moment I reach any lower than where I started, he twists away, as slippery as an eel.
"No no no, not there!"
I whip around to look at him, eyes wide, not even bothering to hide my surprise. I was sure he could see me struggling to contain my laughter at his flushed face.
"Er. Ahem. I... I'm afraid I'm terribly ticklish. Don't tell anyone. It'll be our little secret."
Uh huh. A secret.
I catch his arm, quick as a viper and tug him back in place. He almost overbalances, but catches himself at the last second.
"Hold still." I order, fixing him with the best annoyed look I could muster. I didn't have time to play games.
He bites his lip, flushing under my stare, and obediently stands straight, arms at his side.
I try not to let my glare slip as I circle behind him, watching as he he twists around to watch me, not letting me out of his sight. His eye shines with interest.
I'm left warm under his shameless stare, no matter how hard I attempt to look away and ignore it. He's... Different. Than other men I've met. Unafraid of his expression.
Had Asra ever looked at me like this?
"I had no idea you were so... Hands on." The doctor says, stealing me from my thoughts of the white haired magician and back to him. "How daring of you. Aren't you afraid someone will see?"
His voice is light. Taunting, almost.
I'm unphased as I look up at him again, glaring. "Did I say you could move?"
His eye widens, panicked. "I, ah... N-No, you didn't."
"Then turn back around."
He compiles without hesitation, the tips of his ears turning red.
I chuckle under my breath, rolling my eyes. He's good at following directions, at least.
Well... Mostly. It's still a matter of continuing to comply, I suppose.
I slide my palms down his back, feeling the fine tremor that runs down his spine at my touch. The way he shifts closer.
He's enjoying this.
