8:45AM*
Y/N: *yawns and rubs her eyes, then looks at her phone*
Ugh, it's too early. *gets up and stretches* I should go eat. Maybe go shopping too, I've never been in this town, might be fun.
*Gets dressed then heads down to the lobby for the free breakfast, then heads out to go look at the shops*
10 AM*
Y/N gets her nails done and buys some new clothes for herself, when she realises what time it is, then rushes back to the motel
Y/N: *Back in her room* What should I wear? *holding 2 dresses up*
10:30 AM*
*looks at her phone* Crap! I'm gonna be late! *put on a dress and leggings, fixes her hair, then leaves for the convention*
Y/N gets to the convention, with a few minutes to spare, and luckily, she wasn't the only one running late. She notices multiple people rushing in past her as she looks around in disbelief.
Y/N: *in thought* Wow... I can't believe I'm here! I guess dreams really do come true!
She walks in and sees some people trying to hang a banner, but are having trouble. She walks over and asks if they need help.
Staff member 1: Yeah, we just can't keep the ladder still with one person holding it. If we had one more person it would help a lot.
Y/N: I can help! *puts her stuff down next to the ladder*
Staff member 2: Are you able to climb up? It would be easier for us to hold the ladder. And both of us hate heights...
Y/N: I don't mind climbing up, I did this all the time at school for dances *smiles then starts climbing the ladder*
Y/N started climbing up the ladder, with the staff holding the ladder. She grabs the banner and straightens it out, hanging the one end back up. She looks to make sure it's even, when the ladder moves under her. A wave of people go past, pushing the 2 guys holding it up. She feels herself falling backward off of the ladder. Everything seemed to be moving in slow motion as she fell. When she finally hit the ground, she expected to feel pain, but what she felt wasn't pain, it was someone's arm around her, and her head against their chest. In the chaos, someone saved her, and caught her. She couldn't open her eyes from the adrenaline and terror still running through her.
Stranger: You ok, Miss?
