Catching Feelings

   I'm in Gym class watch my friend Gareth, I never notice how cute he was. I tilted my head slightly watching him playing basket ball or more like running around in the court. 

   "Earth to y/n?" Eddie said waving my his hand in front of me. "Huh? what-," I said snapping back into reality. "So who are watching?" He said leaning towards me. "NO ONE!"  "really?" "Yep" 

    I continued to watch Gareth, before I knew class was over. Why I waited him to get out of the locker room I kept thinking about him, how cute he really was. I was on my free period so it was a nice break from school watching Gareth run around. "hey," Gareth said pulling me out of my train of thought.  

  "Hi, nice running skill, you should try for track," I said jokingly. He rolled his eyes and sat down next to me. "So um, y/n I was wandering if you wanted maybe-" he paused "Maybe..?" "Maybe hangout tomorrow...after the campaign," he continued. "Sure! it will be nice!" I said.  Wait did I just get ask on a date? 

 We walked out of the gym I couldn't stop blushing. when we got to our locker we grab our stuff, we had lockers 2 away from each other.  Gareth walked me to the bus, "Bye!" I shouted running into the bus.

        After a couple hours of being home I still couldn't get him out my mind. I turned around, thinking about what I was about to do. I picked up the phone a pressed in the numbers. About 2 rings went by when he picked up. "Hello.?" he said when he answered the phone. "Hi!" I said back. "y/n!" "Gareth!" he laugh a little. "So why'd you call me?" "Umm...just bored," I replied. "but umm Gareth just wandering when we hang out we could go to a arcade and play mort-," he cut me off, "Sure!" he said excited. I heard my parents starting to yell at one another. "Sorry but i need to go," I said. "that's fine! see you tomorrow bye," he said "bye," I hung up.  

        I laid back on my bed, thinking of Gareth. Suddenly I started to doze off on the thought of us dating.
