Chapter 12- The Wait

[A/N] Sorry for the long wait, had a lot of things to do and just couldn't find the time to sit down and write. This is the product of me slowly adding things until I finished the chapter. So hope you like it. Not-edited forgive and mistakes :)

                                                                                      Chapter 12

Kyra's POV:

     (Gasp) My heart jumped out of my chest. He suddenly stopped and turned towards me -looking me straight in the eye....Our eyes met causing a shiver to run down my spine. Noticing that he smirked. His eyes were horrible they were filled with nothing but hatred. Two black coals stared back at me forcing me to look away.

     Yet I stood my ground and stared at him back daring him to look away first. You could tell he was surprised by my reaction as if he was not used to people challenging him. He was amused and opened his mouth to say something. He mouthed something but I couldn't make out the words with that he walked away leaving as quietly as he entered.

All I could think at the moment was "F@ck my life" 

My dream suddenly switched.

     An old TV came into view with the screen on. It never stayed on one channel for too long constantly changing. Yet these were no ordinary TV channels -these were dreams, memories of mine. Walking towards it I placed my hand on the dial and surprising myself I was able to change the dream. I was able to control what I wanted to see. Flipping through the channels I paused looking through the sweet memories with my family but I paused when one specific memory came up. I didn't know how in the small amount of time I had known him, he had became permanently imbrained in my mind. From his pitch black hair to his strong, dominate aura that screamed dangerous. Yet he was an extremely nice person- at least to me he was.

I wonder if he even knew that I was gone?

Would he worry about me?

Would he even care?

Sigh. Araias where are you?

Araias's POV:  

      I raked my hands through my hair pulling at the strands. It was literally tearing me apart not to know where she was at this point. It has been three days. THREE agonizingly long days without her by my side, she used to be within my reach but she slipped away between the cracks of my fingers. My pack was on constant look out for her, my best trackers were placed on the job and the surrounding packs(my allies at least) were informed of her disappearance- they were to contact me as soon as they got any news about her. It was pure torture waiting for someone to call.

     I was staring at my phone contemplating a way to destroy it as it sat in front of me silent. It mocked me as it just sat there, lighting up with Facebook messages but never a call. This phone would have been dead if I could burn through it with my eyes however it was only way the other alpha's could contact me.

Ring. That's it I am going to destroy this phone. Wait. This was a phone call not a message. I pressed the call button in haste.

"Hello...."

"Yes, this is Alpha Alexander of the Burning Moon pack."

"Yes, Alpha Alexander this is Alpha Araias."

"Well we have some good news for you. We have been able to find the where abouts of the girl you had described. There was the scent of a rouge with her's. It seems he has held her up in a small cottage a couple of towns away from my territory."

"That's great to hear. l'll be there as soon as possible."

"Alright, I'll be waiting. You have our full support."

"Thank you but I want to take care of this one personally." With that I hung up the phone, my heart slightly less heavier but until I see her safe and sound in front of me with my own two eyes I can't rest. It was obvious that I wanted to do it personally. I will see to it that the mofo who took Kyra will pay and if there are many marks on her I don't think I will be able to control my wolf from tearing him limb from limb- not that I would stop my wolf anyways. That SOB deserved it. 

'It's time to get my Luna Back.'

[A/N] Well, I wasn't exactly happy with the ending however this is more of a filler chapter as the next next chapter will contain most of the excitement. So...
