The deal by Elle Kennedy

The first story I would like to talk about is the deal which is the first book in the off-campus series. I wanted to talk about this book first because this was the FIRST EVER BOOKTOK BOOK I READ BACK IN 2020 and I just re-read it a couple of days ago.

PS: the events in books are in random order because this is me ranting abt the book so please read the book first to understand what's going on. also, I think Steph Bohra is the best fan cast for Hannah wells (I LOVE HER)

OK, so I love GARRET and Hannah like they are the blueprint couple their banter, friendship, and love are just amazing.

I love how garret is just so childish and carefree at the same time he's a responsible and nice guy. (THE TEAM CAPTIN)  Also, I relate to Hannah because I'm also a sarcastic and stubborn Brunett. I admire her so much because, after everything that happened to her, she never gave up on herself and was very strong throughout the book.

I loved how mature garret was about Logan liking Hannah because in most of the book the guys go all-controlling and possessive and ruin their friendships but I love how he was so understanding about it. Also, all of their friendships, in general, were so cute and heartwarming.

I don't have a particular favorite scene cuz I love them all but I liked it when Garret and Hannah used to sit and watch breaking bad and just how garret started loving her when they were "fake dating" and didn't want her to go on a date with Justin anymore. 

Also the scene at Dean's birthday where he was her bodyguard and protected her from everything and promised that he will never let anything bad happen to her. 

Garret is a very strong person as well and how at thanksgiving he didn't hit his father and Hannah comforted him by saying that he is not like that. IN my opinion, when Hannah and garret were doing it in the car Perfect should have been playing instead of You and I BECAUSE I LOVE THAT SONG!!!!!!!

The song just reminded me that Garret made her a PLAYLIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIKE GOD I WISH SOMEONE MAKES ME A PLAYLIST!!!!!!!!!!!! and then she played the playlist that he made her but skipped the first song because she knew it was his mom's fav.

and then there was this part where garret found out that Hannah was going on a date with Justin and he went straight to Hannahs's dorm after the game and asked her not to go and left and then when Hannah came out in her PJ in the cold he TOOK OF HIS JAKECT AND AGEV IT TO HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hated garrets father and what he did to Hannah and made her break up with garret BUT HE STILL CAME TO THE SHOWCASE. the showcase reminded me of One of Garret's most famous lines "I could watch you watch paint dry and I still wouldn't be bored" ahh the things I would do to be Hannah. oooo and how Hannah wished him happy birthday even though they were broken up anyway back to topic... Later on when garret knew that something was wrong and Hannah was lying and INVOKED A HANDOFF LAW AT THE CAMPUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then the obviously Hannah coming back from the break and telling him the truth and his understanding and getting back together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOD I LOVE THAT BOOK
