*Keanna's POV*

Maddie and I hung out at the bar for the rest of the school hours, with fake ID's of course. Maddie met some guy named Brett and left me around six while I decided to head back to the school and pick up the rest of my books. I slipped back in through the vent and wandered down the empty hallways, whistling as I did so. I opened my locker and watched as everything fall to my feet. I groaned and bent down to pick everything up. I shoved it all back in and slammed it shut.

"Keanna? What are you doing?" Mr. Johnson, my science teacher, asked as he watched me struggle to keep my locker closed.

"I forgot some books," I mumbled.

"You shouldn't be in the school at this hour on a Friday," he said.

"I know," I sighed frustratedly.

"Could I speak with you for a moment?" He asked and held open the door to his classroom.

I sighed but went in. The classroom wreaked like sweat, seeing as how he was in the gym all day, and there was papers all over his desk.

"Take a seat," he gestured toward the desk in the front row.

Rudely, I sat on top of the desk and blew a bubble with my gum. I watched as he sat down on his desk across from me and shuffled through a few papers. He picked up a pink sheet and handed it to me. It said that I had been late to many classes and absent to others.

"I would hate to get your parents involved but you have been missing to much school. Your grades are suffering and you wont be passing this class unless you can pick up your test results," he explained.

I sighed and jumped down from the desk. I slowly walked up beside him and looked at the scattered papers on his desk.

"How can you even grade peoples tests? Nothing makes sense in this pile of shit," I muttered.

"Watch your mouth Keanna." He glared back at me.

"I have an idea," I whispered, moving closer to him. "We could just forget we ever had this conversation."

"Why would I-"

"Look. I know you're married. But you never wear your wedding ring at the end of the day. You can still see where it should be though because there is a pale ring on your ring finger. Do you know what I think? I think you go to the bar, meet some nice woman, and not once do you tell them about your wife that is at your house." I said with a devilish grin.

"Alright. You're free to go as long as no one else hears about this." I muttered.

"Thanks," I gave a cheeky wink before heading to my locker and getting the rest of my books.

I stepped out into the cool air and pulled my sweater closer to my body. I groaned at the thought of walking home.

I heard whispers on the other side of the school and began to get curious. I followed the voices, hoping it was someone I knew and could get a ride from. When I reached the other side I saw two guys, one with a drink in his had and the other had a serious look on his face. The one with a drink looked about twenty and the other eighteen or seventeen. Honestly, they both looked sexy. The one with the drink had this smirk that was super hot while the other had a smile that could kill.

"Um, hey," I waved and they both stopped talking and looked at me.

The guy with the drink smirked and started walking toward me. "So brother, you think I still have good in me?"

"Damon, don''t touch her," the other one warned.

"Well any goodness I had died with Elena." he said smiled as he was only a few feet away from me.
