He started referring to her as the number 14 calling her that multiple times and saying she's home with him now, home with her father.
Peter ballard is a assistant at the hawkins lab. He is often with dr. Brenner so 014 and the others get to see him more than the other assistants but 014 and him is a little close than the others.
