The first snowfall of the year somehow landed right on December 31st. I was out on a stroll, it snowed heavier than expected and since I was walking on foot, there came a time when the snow was too deep for me to remain balanced.
There came a point when I stumbled back, luckily there was a man who caught me, I held on to him tightly but it seems he also lost his balance. Just as the clock struck midnight I fell, him on top of me as our lips fell on top of one another's.
All I heard were the sounds of fireworks as we both lay there, still as stone, not moving an inch till he finally got up, apologized and immediately left.
It's been 2 years since that incident but that man has never let me have a proper night of sleep, after all haven't you heard 'Those 2 who kiss during the first snowfall will live a long and happy life together'. Given he was a stranger, even then I wish to meet him and be with him again and I long for the day to come where we meet once more.
As for now? I'm headed over to my father's office, today's the day he finally retires and leaves his company to me, his one and only daughter and legal heir; Park Eun Ji.
