Terrarian isekai'd to another world, with a smartphone

Alone, in a dark room, sat a person. He appeared fit, despite the countless energy drinks in a trashcan, with another just tossed in. At his desk, Three monitors were set up. A long one on the bottom, as well as two normal sized monitors above it.

???: "Alright guys, I gotta get off. We can tackle EoL tomorrow."

The screens turned off, as he stood. He walked out of his dim room, and into a brightly lit hallway. He walked down it, but stopped when a door adjacent to his opened.

???: "Hey Brinson, you promise this time right? You've been getting sidetracked with decor and stuff on your base for three sessions now, Bro."

Brinson: "Yeah yeah, I promise sis. It's just that I already beat it a million times over, but no biggie."

The door closed, and he continued walking. He opened a fridge, making an upset face shortly after. He slightly turned down the hall, yelling down it.

Brinson: "Hey sis, I gotta go to the store."

???: " 'Kay!"

Brinson grabbed a coat and left the small apartment, walking down metal stairs and eventually reaching the sidewalk. He crossed the road, too tired to notice something to his left on time. He heard a noise, and looked to his left seeing a license plate of "TRUK-KUN" heading straight for him. He felt a sharp pain, then nothing. He opened his eyes to see he was standing on a cloud, facing an old man with golden glowing eyes.

???: "It appears that you have met your fate early. That truck was supposed to strike another, yet you were in the wrong place, at the wrong time."

Brinson: "...I see."

???: "You seem, awfully calm about this for someone who just died."

Brinson: "Well, I was tired, so this all seems like it could be a dream still."

???: "Ah yes, understandable. Well, I can't reincarnate you back to earth, however, I can reincarnate you to another universe. Because of my mistakes in timing, you shall be able to bring with you any one object, and affect it however you wish. You will also have great skill, as well as the best magic affinity known to that realm."

Brinson: "So, I'll be stupidly overpowered? Nice. Well, can I take my phone with me? I could use electric magic maybe to charge it, and it could let me use and change out my gear from terraria, as well as maybe infinite storage? Kinda like how the void pouch works, but infinite?"

The figure thought it over, before nodding.

???: "Very well. Use your powers wisely, and maybe make a larger change to this world, for the better."

Suddnly, everything glowed around the two, as Brinson began to float. He was soon knocked out yet again, but this time was able to feel his new surroundings. He opened his eyes, and saw a grassy field with a dirt path, as well as a tree behind him. He stood up, and began to walk, noticing the armor around himself. He checked his phone, and sure enough, stardust armor was on him, with his vanity Capricorn head and chest piece. As he walked, he noticed a sound behind him, and silently equipped terraprisma as well as the rainbow crystal staff. The large cart pulled by horses stopped with an old rich man nearly falling out of it. He rushed up to Brinson, holding out a bag of coins.

???: "G-good sir, I will pay you all of my riches for that exquisite armor you possess! Please? I can take you to the town just down the road!"

Brinson: 'Well, I'm in a strange world, with no cash, and I have a spare set...' "...Very well. Although, I will just fly behind and follow you."

The old man was confused at the statement, until Brinson used the Empress Wings to launch himself in the air, and hover just behind the cart. The old man got back in, and the two got to the town. Brinson, once at the town, gave the old man a similar armor set of stardust boots, as well as a gemini helmet and chest piece. The old man handed him a bag, then left in his carraige. In it, around 50 platinum coins were visible. Brinson closed the bag and walked down the road, exploring the town. Just then, a commotion is heard down an alleyway. He walks down it, to see two men cornering a woman, holding a crystal horn of some kind.
