2. Lunch with Nick

Charlies pov:

I woke up by someone shakeing me. I opened my eyes, and saw all three of them trying to wake me up.

"Finally!" Elle said "Get up, we have school."

I groaned, "Alright" I said while sitting up.

Tao handed me some of his clothes, and I got dressed in the bathroom.

"Im ready" I said, walking out of the bathroom.

We went downstairs, and went to the kitchen.

"Want some breakfast?" Yan asked.

"Sure" Issac, and Elle said.

"No thanks" Tao and I said.

I went by the front door to put on my shoes, and Tao did the same. I went into the living room to wait for the others to finish breakfast. I got my phone out, and saw a message from Instagram.

I groaned, does ben even actually like me? He can't even look at me when one people is around me or him.

"Charlie, come on!" Tao said.

"Oh right" I said "Coming".

We all walked to the bus stop while Elle talked about Tara and Darcy, who she met after changing schools.

-Time Skip-

We all waved good bye to Elle, after getting off the bus. Elle goes to Higgs now after changing her gender.

Tao, Issac, and I had to split up for first period. I went to Form, and saw Nick already at his seat. I sat next to him.

"Hi" Nick said smiling.

"Hi" I said back.

"Did you think about it yet?" He asked.

"Oh yeah" I said, "Sure".

Nick smiled wider, "Really?" He asked.

"Yeah, it sounds fun" I said.

Nick hugged me, "Yes!" He said, "Want to meet up for lunch?"

"Uh, sure" I said hugging him back.

-Lunch time-

Nick asked to meep up in the art room, I went in the art room after 3rd period. Nick was already there when i walked in.

"Hi" I said, smiling.

"Hi" Nick said back, already smiling at me.

I sat next to Nick, and he grabbed two sandwiches from his bag.

"Here" Nick said while giving me one of them.

"No, im not hungry" I said trying to smile.

"You sure?" Nick asked, "I didn't see you eat yesterday at lunch either."
