New Girl

Hi my name's Mahina Scar, I'm 16 years old I live with my mother because my father died when I was 6 but I inherited a lot of his habits, looks and objects like motorcycle, car, money, shoes stuff like that here's the story on how he died.

Sunday morning the day of my birthday July 2nd me and my dad went out to buy me some new shoes my mother didn't want me to leave with him she knew what kind of stuff he use to get Into but I didn't listen I wanted to be cool and hang out with my cool dad on a nice summer day as we're walking out of the store some guys my dad fought with a few times gang up on us and they corner me, he tries to stop it but he ends up being pinned down and getting stabbed multiple times trying to protect me they then hit me a few times then run off so I run as fast as I can back home I get my mom and we didn't make it in time so since that day I've blamed myself for his death because if I didn't go with him he wouldn't have had to worry about me and he would've been able to protect himself.

Mahina- I leave the house for school not even announcing it because my mom wouldn't care anyways, I walk to school with a pocket knife in my pocket of course I arrive at school heading straight to the office for my schedule since I'm new here

Principal- "this will be your tour guide his name is PonyBoy Curtis very great student you guys would be good friends"

Mahina- I smile "thanks" I say as I follow behind PonyBoy "so is that your real name"

PonyBoy- "yep on my birth certificate and all" I say with a chuckle as I tour her around the building

Mahina- I see smoke coming from the library door "uhh what's that" I ask pointing over there

PonyBoy- "Dallas put it out would you gosh your at school"

Dallas- I blow the smoke out the window "aw geez PonyBoy would you let me be me" I say putting out the bud "where's your brother at?" I ask

PonyBoy- "he's at work today" I say "oh and this is Mahina she's new here"

Dallas- "I'm Dallas or Dally for short, nice to meet ya" I say walking towards the two

Mahina- "I'm Mahina nice to meet you too"

PonyBoy- "Dallas is one of my close friends it's a whole group"

Dallas- "I'm not sure she would wanna hang out with Greasers like us"

Mahina- I look at the two confused "Greasers?"

Dallas- "well you can explains that PonyBoy, I gotta go" I say leaving out the double doors

PonyBoy- "greasers are basically the more poor kids that are real rowdy then there's the Socs, they are the more rich folks who live in the nice part of town you know" I say as we walk around the building some more

Mahina- "oh well I guess it's about time for us to leave then"

PonyBoy- "oh you don't start until tomorrow I'm guessing" I question

Mahina- "yeah today was just me getting to know the grounds"

PonyBoy- "well since I'm done with the tour would you like to hang out with us greasers for the day then"

Mahina- "sounds like fun" I say brushing my hair out of my face

AT SODAPOPS JOB (AT THE GAS STATION)

Mahina- I follow behind PonyBoy as he greets his friends

PonyBoy- "ok boys this is Mahina she's new to town" I say introducing her

Mahina- I wave with a small smile

PonyBoy- "this is my older brother Darryl or Darry, then we have my other brother Sodapop, you already met Dally, this is two-bit Matthew cause he always has to get his last two words in, then we have Stevie, and Johnny Cade"
