If he didn't come then everything would've been okay.

You wouldn't have gone through this pain.

You wouldn't be on Death Row.

Everything was because of him.

He came and ruined everything.

He came to use you.

To betray you.

To hurt you.

You were already mentally exhausted from all the pain and suffrage you had gone through all by yourself these past few months.

But you felt even WORSE when he decided to show up earlier.

Unannounced and unwelcomed.

"I heard its your favorite snack..."

You looked down at your hands after seeing who the visitor was.

You- "Go away Derek.."

Derek- "Please (Y/N), I heard you haven't been eating properly."

You- "I don't want it.."

Derek- "Please?"

Derek sees you made no attempt to take it so he gently places it on your hand to make you grasp it.

Which you did.

You slowly lifted the box up to look at it.

You hadn't had your favorite snack in months.

But the fact that it was given to you by the person you hated the most, made it look very unappetizing.

You swiftly tossed it across the room like a Frisbee since the cuffs on your wrists won't let you chuck it like you had intended..

You- "-Why are you even here?"

You- "I thought you went back home..."

Derek sighs.

Derek- "I wanted to see you...."

You stayed quiet as you kept your eyes down.

Derek adjusted himself in his seat.

Derek- "I talked to your parents..."

Derek- "They were worried when I told them what happened..."

Derek- "They wanted to come see you."

Derek- "But they were unable to get a flight."

Derek- "So I came here on their behalf."

You- "Get out..."

Derek paused for a moment.

He then took a deep breath before continuing.

Derek- "The government responded..."

Derek- "They accepted the case."

Derek- "You will be executed tonight at midnight."
