MINORIA --- KINDS OF SAMPLING

In this study, the researchers will utilize purposive and convenience sampling.

MINORIA --- Number of Participants


The participants of the study will be millennials in Carmona, Cavite who have purchase experience on the selected local fashion websites. A total of 150 millennial consumers will be divided proportionately among 14 barangays in Carmona, Cavite.


CISNEROS --- Sampling Technique


The sampling techniques that will utilize are Purposive sampling since the target participants are millennials and should have a purchase experience on the selected local fashion websites.


Convenience sampling will also be utilized since the dissemination of the questionnaire will be through an online platform that will depend on the availability and accessibility of the respondents to answer the question. Likewise, snowball sampling will be applied in which referrals and recommendations of other potential participants will be asked to the qualified participants.

COMIA --- Research Instrument


The research instrument is composed of three parts. The first part is intended to determine thelevel of reputation . The second part is to determine the level of perceived usability in terms ofease of use, ease of purchase, ease of understanding, and ease of ordering. Lastly, the third part is related to the customer satisfaction of the participants towards local fashion websites.

MINORIA --- Data Gathering Procedure

To achieve the objectives of the study ,the researchers will collect information from the participants. The data will be collected using an online survey questionnaire. The online survey will be in Google form that will be directly sent to the millennial's consumers and the Google form will be distributed through email, Facebook groups, or Messenger. Prior to the sending and handling of questionnaires, the gatekeeper questions about their age belonging to the Millennials and should have purchase experience on the selected local fashion websites will be asked.


CISNEROS --- Statistical Treatment


The following statistical tools will be used to analyze and interpret the result ;Weighted mean and standard deviation will be used to determine the level of reputation of local fashion websites; the level of perceived usability of local fashion websites in terms of ease of use, ease of purchase, ease of understanding, and ease of ordering; and the level of customer satisfaction of the participants towards local fashion websites.


Pearson correlation test will be used to determine the significant relationship between reputation and customer satisfaction; and significant relationship between perceived usability in terms of ease of use, ease of purchase, ease of understanding, and ease of ordering and customer satisfaction.

Table no.2 shows the Descriptive interpretation for the level of reputation , for interpretation the lowest score has 1.00-1.74 indicate BAD where the participant believe that local fashion websites do not offer quality products and services ; do not have reputation for being pair in its relationship with its customer ; do not fulfill its promises; and are not managed and not trustworthy.


Followed by SLIGHTLY GOOD And GOOD. The highest score has 3.25-4.00 which indicate as VERY GOOD where the participants highly believe that local fashion websites offer excellent quality products and services; have a very good reputation for being fair in its relationship with its customers; always fulfill its promises; and are well managed and very trustworthy.

Table no.3 show the Descriptive interpretation for the level of perceived usability, for interpretation the lowest score has 1.00-1.74 which indicate NOT EASY where the participants perceived that local fashion websites (1) are not easy for them to learn, use, and navigate; (2) provide very few information which do not assist them in their purchase; (3) have language and display pages that are not understandable, leading to an inconvenient processing of transaction; and (4) do not have any access in tracking, modifying, canceling, and replacing orders.


Followed by SLIGHTLY EASY and EASY. While the highest score has 3.25-4.00 which indicate as VERY EASY where the participants perceived that local fashion websites (1) are very easy for them to learn, use, and navigate; (2) provide a lot of information which absolutely assist them in their purchase; (3) have language and display pages that are very understandable, leading to a very convenient processing of transaction; and (4) have a very easy access in tracking, modifying, canceling, and replacing orders.

For the last Table ,it shows the Descriptive interpretation for the level of customer satisfaction ,for interpretation the lowest score is 1.00 – 1.74 which indicates NOT SATISFIED where the participants have a negative experience and will not recommend the use of local fashion websites as it does not carry out the transactions.


Followed by SLIGHTLY SATISFIED AND SATISFIED. The highest score is 3.25 – 4.00which indicates VERY SATISFIED where the participants have a very positive experience and will definitely recommend the use of local fashion websites as it has successfully carried out the transactions.
